I have brought my truck in 3 times for the same issue with a tire valve. I brought my truck in on Friday and was promised my car would be left in the front for pick up after 4:30 p.m. on Saturday it wasn’t and they close on Sunday. Be warned!!!! These are the most incompetent people I have met in a service department.

Bought my used F-150 and I love this truck. Now, I wish I could say the same for the service department specifically Mr. Orlando Martinez. Everytime I have had to deal with this service rep. he has been short, rude, and condescending. On my last visit he took off for lunch and asked another rep. to take over. Sad.😢

been on hold for 15 min waiting for the service department, i called them waiting for an answer on my recall and i was transfer 3 times no one seems to follow up, so i decide to call another dealer in the area "PINES FORD" AND THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS! Take your hard Earned Money elsewhere. they are lucky I PUT 2 stars

I explained the same problem to three different people. Each giving me different prices. Had locked my car in the "mykey safety feature" was told 160$,300$, and 400$. Different people BUT SAME PROBLEM!. So I left and got it fixed for 110$. Simply put they are Thieves. Never doing business here again. Also they get paid by commission so they'll try to sell you the most expensive part. Avoid avoid avoid.

One star is to much for this dealer This was the worst experience buying a car. They first give me a final price for a car, I agreed.. We started the process I gave them $3,500 down, they came to me with an exorbitant monthly payment and I wasn't agree ..so the put all together a play.. Whatever, whatever, And zasss by magic the came with a lower monthly payment but they asked me for $5,000 for a total down-payment..I hesitated but I gave to them.. And when I was signed I realized that they suddenly rise the final price that we were agreed from the beginning by $3,800 more I was in shock.. This people are liers and they think that they can scam people They lost me and I would never recomend this dealer At All!! NEVER EVER!

Tve worst experience ever they simply don't know anything, the worst Dealer, very slow it seems that they get paid per hour so there is no motivation in helping you since they are going to have more work to do I never going to go there.

I went in to trade my car in for a newer car and this dealer tried to bone me and lied in my face. Of course, they always start with the most absurd price point ever as if I would bite, then they felt sorry and called me back the next day after they magically lowered 200+ dollars off the monthly payment after they said they absolutely could not go any lower. But at that point, they had already lost me. The salesman was a loud mouth who screamed at me and my girlfriend and called us retarded and crazy because we would not accept his insane offer. And to top it off, the first thing I said was not to run my credit at all because I was only trying to compare prices. What did they do? Ran my credit. I see it on my credit report and now I know that Gus Machado Ford on 49 street cannot be trusted.

To start off, it took for ever to get an oil change and two tires replaced.
On a positive side apart from all the waiting, Ivan the mechanic was very attentive and helpful with a great hardworking attitude. And the cafeteria lady was very helpful as well, and she had great customer service combined with a great attitude.

Now my message to the management team. They need to get more man power to work in such a busy city, it is inconceivable that only two mechanics were working on a busy Saturday. This made my waiting time to be three hours long.
I don't write this with a spirit of criticism, but rather in a way for this place to better themselves and have a great customer service.

Wow I am blown away by how SLOW the service is here. Made an online appointment for the early morning showed up on time, no one asked about the appointment or tried to help when I rolled up. Asked for all the information I already in put online so it didn't matter. Then they let me sit for 7 hours in the waiting room while my vehicle just sat there. I complained and they said that it would be a little longer. Later an associate told me I should have complained more. Around closing time they told me they are starting my oil change. Thanks for waisting a day of my life Gus! I will never come back here. Learn how to check in your guests on a first come first serve basis. Learn how to make your online appointments communicate with your service department. For a company that claims to be one of the best Hispanic businesses in the country you sure have a lot to learn.
