Horrible service. Your better off paying the higher price for the same product down stairs.

Bouncers are disrespectful and not useful. You will probably be drinking with nearly 20% minors and trashed employees on their day off reminding you that they own the place

Kind of worn down place with rougher clientele. Many fixtures are broken. But I guess it fits the clientele, pool tables and booze

Bouncer is a complete jerkoff, doesn't know the English language, itching for a fight. Bunch of regulars hang out front and decide who goes in. Great place to be bored out of your mind.

Best happy hour specials in town! $1 Bud Light cans and $2 double rail mixed drinks til 9pm everyday.

Horrible treatment by one of the employees, he went by Peaches. I had gone there sober and had one drink with friends, went to grab my jacket and phone that I had been standing next to in the back all night and found Peaches going through all my jacket pockets and holding my phone. I said excuse me may I have my things back and he returned the jacket and phone, I checked my pockets to ensure my cash was still there, $25, found it to be missing and asked him for it back, as I had been standing next to my jacket sober all night to watch it. He denied taking it but I am concerned as to why an employee feels the need to pick up and search a customer's belongings and find it highly suspect that he was going through my belongings when my money was stolen. Through the entire situation and conversation Peaches was excessively rude.

Food was all served cold. Even the bread was refrigerator cold. Not impressed. The cucumber salad was on point, though.

Listed business hours on Big Al's website are incorrect.
Phone is off the hook (literally. Busy signal at all times. No answering machine. I am assuming so they do not have to advertise their neblus hours.)
2 pool tables with one set of balls containing 5 number 5 balls.
3 cue sticks for entire premises.
Food is good.
