Our appetizers arrived after the entrees, and the meat was overcooked.
It's an interesting/cool place and the prices aren't too crazy.
We did come in during peak time, but in a tourist town like this one, they should be able to handle the load.response / report this review -

This is a great bar and restaurant. We all loved our entrees and there is a nice selection of beer on tap. The kids particularly enjoyed the fried pickles and we even managed to save room for dessert. Fried Twinkies wouldn't be my choice to follow every meal, but it is worth a try!

Had a hard time choosing where to eat in downtown Breck because there's so many options but we settled here. Atmosphere was relaxed, but it was freezing inside, I had to wear my coat. The Mac and cheese egg rolls were tasty and came with a spicy ketchup. Hubs got the Mac and cheese with bacon and it came as a huge portion. I got the meatloaf. It was a little bland but I used the spicy ketchup to spruce it up. (It comes with a beef gravy on top) server was really friendly and attentive. Not sure if we'd go again with all the other options but worth trying once.

The disco tots are the greatest thing ever. Happy hour is the best. I always get the salmon fish and chips so tasty! The mashers are sooo delicious too.

Food was okay. Fairly limited menu. Small wine selection. More of a hole in the wall bar than nicer restaurant. They have live music and it's extremely loud.

It feels like a nice, real place in a town that can be a bit "produced". The vibe is cool, the service was friendly and the food was pretty good. I got the chicken and waffles It was a bit dry. The Spam fries were a surprise delight, however!

The place has small town dive character rare in a tourist town. The American burger was cooked a proper medium, was juicy and well seasoned; the shoestring fries were crispy and hot; and the PBR tall boy ice cold. Plus the price was right and the service efficient and friendly.

Every town needs a townie dive bar and this is Breck’s. The place isn’t bad, but the crew gets sketchy later in the evening after a few rounds. The singer in the front room with a single group of guys sort of dancing was interesting and unique to say the least. The beer selection is equally divey with a focus on domestic lagers, but there may have been one craft beer on there too. The atmosphere is good for a ski town with a rustic woodsy feel. When the other bars are full after a popular ski day, head here.

This place was amazing! The service was great and the waitress was really nice. But my favorite part was the food, I got the chicken and waffles and that was probably the best food I've ever had along with getting the s'mores, which you get to roast yourself by the way (over this little "cup of fire" I'll call it), I'd whole heartily recommend this place to anyone!

Good service and okay bar/tavern food. We were promptly seated however we were ahead of the dinner crowd that came in while we were there. The place does get busy. Our server was very friendly. The food is standard bar/tavern food. The happy hour specials are a good value.
