Whenever I come through Breck this is a must. They make the best biscotti hands down and always have around 8 flavors. Also other very good called goods and coffee.
Always pleasant, very friendly service, wonderful selections of tea and pastries. Cool atmosphere. My son & I love this place.
I used to love coming in here every morning for a cup of coffee. Very down to earth and great energy upstairs and downstairs! The coffee is cheap (even lattes) and usually very busy during ski season so I would say, the earlier the better or the line is out the door.
The food downstairs is always great too and would usually catch breakfast early often
Can be up to a ten minute wait when busy but hardly ever anything more
Very delicious breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Excellent coffee as well. Pay attention to your order, this place gets very busy during the season and you must listen for them to call your name. Locals spot
Coffee and pastries in the front. Food down the stairs in back. Good place to go when everything else is busy and has a long wait or you want food to go. Would be nice if they wipe off the tables more often. They're usually covered in food and spilled drinks.
This time I got to bring my husband along. We each got a slice of the Chocolate Pecan Pie and two scoops of ice cream (yeah, we both have a pretty big sweet tooth). He got two scoops of mint while I got one scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter and once of Chocolate Raspberry.
I have to say that I think I would pass on the ice cream on my next visit here. It's still my favorite ice cream to get in Breck, but it just can't hold a candle to the pie!
There are a couple downsides to this placeit's small and can fill up quickly. As it does, there's very little room between people sitting along the bar, the line you wait in to place your order and where you stand while waiting for your order to come out. It gets very crowded. This seems to annoy the people that work thereIf you're lucky, they'll just be kind of short with you. But I've caught them on bad days with lots of shouting. They even complain about the customers in front of of customers.
I'm sticking with the five stars because at the end of the day all I really care about is the food. Even though the staff doesn't take great care of me, that pie sure does.
My husband and I love this place. We recently bought in Breck and have been here a few times now. I've never had a bad food or beverage item! The ladies today made us an almond joy latte iced, and it was excellent. We also got a piece of carrot cake Togo. And wow! I don't know if they make it there, but it's amazing. The staff has always been super friendly whenever we go in. Highly recommended!!
Love this place! The coffee is exceptional and the bakery items look so amazing. They even have gluten free cupcakes! We've been here multiple times and have had awesome coffee each time. The service is really friendly, too. Stop here if you want a great coffee shop experience!
Broad variety of drink options as well as homemade baked goods. Cozy space with two levels of seating areas and good customer.er service.
Quaint small bakery. Great ice cream. The food smelled amazing but we just ate so didnt try any.
We went for lunch and I wish we had time to come back for breakfast another day. Their lunch sandwiches were good (and unique) and their breakfast sandwiches looked even better. It's a quiet hole-in-the-wall I feel like many people overlook.
A must go, we went and bought so many pastries to go for the next morning for our group. You will not regret going it is delicious. Seating is limited and no seating options for big parties.
Amazing coffee!!! Stoped by there every day when I was in town. Really great people and nice service. Delicious gluten free pastries :)
