Your entrance sign is very much confusing, you should left 1 cone in the middle of each sign and it is your job to get up and pick up the cone once the vehicle of your guest is coming in and coming out. Not only the entrance is covered with 2 to 3 cones, our own understanding aside from the driver and passenger when we look the cones at the entrance, looks like there is a construction going on and preventing your guest to drive on that side. My suggestion is leave 1 cone on each side so that you wont get upset if someone goes the wrong way. About the hotel room i like it, it looks clean but the only problem is the toilet seat is dirty.

Dont go to this hotel unless you enjoy being checked over by a guard at the entrance to the property. Or are looking for a working girl. The rooms are clean in every way, but the grounds and walkways are sticky and littered. No one in the pool in one of the hottest days of summer. Wonder why?

Overall great service and nice Reps, couple of times the third party payment did not go properly. and I had to redo it again. if it was a one time thing that is fine but when we book our employees with your motel on weekly basis this will create chaos. Please help us help you to minimize the errors.

I booked a room for one night. When I checked in I realized I would need the room for two nights, and thought I made that clear. They put me in the room directly above the front desk. I thought it was because I am a senior, traveling by myself and it would be the safest room. I was gone all the next day and when I returned, security told me I didn't have a room. I wasn't sure they were even going to let me into the parking lot. They were rather rude about it. I was finally allowed into the check-in area where they told me I had checked out (I hadn't, to my knowledge). They put me in the same room and I discovered all my belonging were gone. As they were returning my belongings to me, I noticed a sign prohibiting weapons and prostitution. That made me wonder if they put single women in the room above the front desk so they can monitor if there is prostitution going on in there. Once locked into my room, I had a good enough night, but still have to wonder if they were suspicious of me!! This is actually the second location where I have been placed in the room above the front desk. I stay at Motel 6 because they accept my little dog, and it is more affordable for a senior, but, honestly, I'm not sure it is worth it!

Hotel staff was wonderful and plenty of security. The grounds were kept nice and clean. The amenities of the hotel were not so wonderful,no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee. It was a room with a bed. The bathroom is nothing special as it shouldn't be I guess. Had a bar soap a couple towels and a shower that's it. Overall I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel and if you're traveling it's right off the freeway so it's wonderful

I've stayed at numerous Motel 6 locations in many different states over the years but have never quite had an experience like I did at this one. I was given a room right next to what was apparently the maid closet. As the afternoon wore on, I bet that door next to me was allowed to slam shut a gazillion times as employees came and went, and each time it slammed shut the wall and headboard of my bed (which I was leaning against) would pick up the tremors of that door slamming. This went on until shift was apparently over. I had plans for the evening and wished to freshen up, but there wasn't a lick of hot water in the shower. That woke me up for sure, and my query at the office following a cold shower for a fix was responded to with an offer of moving to another room. That was not possible as I did not wish to miss my appointment. I returned to the motel campus about 1:00AM where I was stopped by the security guard at the entrance who insisted that the name I gave him did not match with the room number I was in on his check sheet, and that the parking pass in my windshield "was useless information". There was no convincing this fool that I was a paid customer so eventually just started to drive away telling him that he was welcome to accompany me to my room where I would let myself in. He yelled at me "don't ever come back". I parked and went to my room without further incident. The good news is that I had hot water in the shower in the morning. There is no way I would recommend this particular Motel 6 location to anyone, but I have no hesitation in recommending the chain itself based on prior experience.

The hotel was mostly good. The security was a little rude at first. The shower gave my mom extreme claustrophobia because it was so small. My daughter loved the pool. We stayed for a week and it wasn't a bad experience at all. I do feel like it was way too expensive. I stayed a week at another hotel that included additional amenities like a mini fridge and a microwave, and spent $200 less for the week. And because of those amenities I also saved money on food for the week. Here the staff was friendly and after a minor hiccup with security being a little rude, they were also friendly the rest of our stay. I would would definitely recommend this hotel if you don't mind small showers and not being able to store or heat up food.

Staff were nice. WiFi worked well. Air conditioning functioned poorly; controls were smashed. Couldn't take a shower; no hot water. Place is heavily guarded and feels unsafe, like a prison. I stay there because it's close to where I need to be. But I'm a large male and can protect myself. I wouldn't recommend it to families, women or even smaller men. There HAS to be a way to be secure without being a fortress and looking unsafe.

Motel 6 in Symar was a great choice for us to stay when we went to Six Flags Magic Mountain, which was about 15 min. The check in was easy with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and simple with everything you need on a quick stay. There was friendly security checking all vehicles that come in and out of the property which made me feel safe. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this Motel 6 for one night. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. Walls were thick so room was quiet. Location was very convenient for those travelling towards LA. Location was also very easy to get to. Cost was a reasonable for a booking that was done the night before stay.

Motel staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem I had was with people staying in rooms around mine. They did not seem to care about anybody around them, banging the walls slamming doors and talking loudly. Not very conducive to good sleep.

We had a late check in. Before entering the parking lot we were met by a Security Guard which was different but COMFORTING! They have one enterance/exit and it is monitored. It is certainly a relief to know they take staff/guest security serious. It is convenient and located right off the Freeway. The room was clean. We had no issues. I had to make 1 trip to the front desk to get my key card activated but that was it. I had no issues at all. This was my experience and will certainly be staying here again in the future.

Overall it is nice and clean, and secure. In the past there has been lots of traffic for various reasons It would be nice if there were fridge or microwaves! Often times people never know how long they may stay. 😎

Had a nice stay at this hotel. The checkin was smooth, the room was clean. Liked the security measures with the guard at the front gate and the security guard walking around was friendly. Would stay here again. Read some other reviews but did not experience any negative things.
