My stay was fairly good. The reason I say that is because we had a room where the bathroom light was not working so my husband and I had to shower in the dark. Also I used a $50 off coupon and my remaining balance was still $62.43 not sure why and they didn't accommodate breakfast or any other extravagant service. I won't ever book a room there again. Should have went to the Marriott and got better service.

Nice friendly staff. Directly across from Walmart mart. Good eats like Lil Tokyo next door. Vapor shop and fast food eats all right there. Mall located less than quarter mile from hotel.
The cleanest hotel for the price I have ever seen. WI fi yes . Drinks and coffee no free breakfast. However the coffee and juice are wonderful and they offer fresh fruit. Pool in summertime. And peaceful stay.

The desk clerk was short-tempered and impatient. The bathroom was dirty. The location was fine, but the entire place gave me the impression that defects were hastily and cheaply covered up.

Stayed three nights October 2017. Room was fine, everything worked except one lamp. Cleanliness was fine. Good value. Would stay there again.

For the price, the place really isn't that bad. The rooms are pretty nice, despite the outside looking a bit ragged. My only complaint is that my room smelled slightly like weed when I first got in there but the air conditioning seemed to get rid of it.

Bed was comfortable, shower had mold growing on the inside bar and floor. When my husband took a shower after walking on the carpet with bare feet, there was dirt coming off his feet..this is not a clean place.

I felt the room and everything in it hadnt been updated in years right down to the paint and caulking. The bath tub area had old/dark caulking which may have been mold - not sure, but, unpleasant to look at. The location was right on a very busy street so the noise was aweful especially since the door wasn't sealed and noise, light and air came right in. Unfriendly/cold employees.

Andy let us inspect a couple of rooms first before making a choice (always a good practice) and ours was just fine. Clean room and lobby, cold a/c, nice manager and staff. We will be back for sure.

Have stayed here multiple times for a one night stay while traveling to the Smokey's and didn't know there would be a $5 Georgia fee as the internet booking did not indicate it. I requested a bottom unit for ambulatory reasons and was assigned Room #101 corner unit. Parking was adequate but a disabled spot would have been better. The room was spacious and the amenities such as the pool, micro-fridge as well as bed comfort and the close proximity to many eating establishments was also a plus. Although the room was clean, I am a non-smoker and if this was a non-smoking room, I still detected a smoke smell - especially in the bathroom. However, I give it 4 stars despite that little irritant.

I have stayed in a lot of these places and never had issues. The one in milledgville was very disappointing. I found a roach in my room. The bed looked clean but was very itchy to lay in. It was not very clean. I was visiting my husband he is working out of town. He was having the same issues in the room he is staying in. He had a roach crawling on him. The door handle to his room fell off when he went to walk in. I will not stay at this one again.

The hotel has a couple of nice upgrades, however the microwave was very dated and the nob didn't work properly and also there were a couple of unwanted guest(roaches) that appeared to often. The manager was nice and my kids enjoyed the pool.

The room is up to date and clean! I stayed at the heritage inn(NEVER AGAIN) the1st night, simply because the motel 6 didn't pop up on my google search. I seen the motel 6 driving by, and what a GREAT find! Staff was super friendly and I definitely recommend this motel!
