I found your rooms to be neat and clean with a comfortable bed.
HOWEVER.the room had roaches. I counted four. This rating would have been four stars except for that.
Bria, Kenneth, and Faith were the best. Loved how Bria and Faith took to my daughter Emily so well, and Kenneth is such a great work we who is very polite and all three are super welcoming. You have a great staff, some of the management were a little unpleasant to say the least but they also weren't out front so those connections weren't really made.
If I had plans to stay in Augusta, I would stay here again. It is far enough off I-20 and Washington Road to be quiet. It is still convenient to many restaurants. My room was extremely clean and in good repair. The exterior was not quite as well kept, but still nice enough. And you can't beat the price!
I had driven from Nashville after a big weekend. I wanted a comfortable, clean, quiet place to get a good night's sleep -- at a fair price. Motel 6 in Augusta came through for me.
Welcoming and competent checkin personnel, very clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed, no traffic noise (it's a reasonable distance from the Interstate), well-lit and safe parking.
I consider it a very good experience.
The woman at the desk was fantastic!
We checked in around midnight so we didn't get to utilize the pool which looked great.
Our room had not been renovated yet but was clean. Someone had unplugged the TV and cables and no batteries in the remote so that was aggravating. She had to come help me fix it.
I love the fact they allow pets.
Stayed here and it was great. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Would stay here again and will
What a great staff!!! Very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the bed was comfy! The location was perfect access to restaurants and downtown.
The room was clean and in excellent condition everywhere, and included a small booth with a very comfortable cushioned bench. No complaints. Front desk was pleasant & helpful with questions.
In town resting during a relocation move & choose this location over another. My 1st room had facial hair on the sink from a recent shave, the face & body towels were slightly stained with pubes luckily I had some linen in my car. Dead roaches and this stench of underarm sweat, smoke, and dog I can't really place it just a horrible stench in the hotel. My toilet stopped working so I was moved to another room that was missing basic items. I had to fight with the 📺 to get it on and overall I was depressed in this hotel. Well checkout time came and it was overthis place needs a deep steam cleaning!
The room was clean, BUT the AC was just workable, the tub looked like the "before" photos on a Bath Fitter commercial, and the vinyl flooring was buckled and separated from an obvious bathroom flood. This room #128 should have been closed until repairs can be made. My experience with a different room in the same motel a few years ago was totally acceptable
I reserved a non-smoking room. Upon checking in, the first room I was given smelled of heavy smoking. It also had a large puddle near the door from rain leaking under the door. The second room I was given also smelled of smoke and was unacceptable. I was then told that I would be given another room on the "non-smoking" third floor. Why didn't we start there? Upon arriving at that room the door would not open. Motel staff tried to open the door using the master electronic lock equipment, but was unsuccessful. So, after not being able to get a non- smoking room I left and got lodging elsewhere.
I was very pleased with the price, the location, and the staff. However I think that there should be better pillows on the beds. This translates to a better night's sleep. Which translates to a very satisfied customer. Also my vanity light over the mirror was out in room 214.
I would stay again and tell a friend as well
Paid $384 a night(during masters week) for the worst room I've stayed in ever. We killed 4 roaches within 10 minutes of entering the room and all slept fully clothed, in hoodies, on top of the comforters. Bathtub was filthy, beds were uncomfortable and smelled of urine. The only positive about the stay was that they refunded my money for the next night without a hassle.
Not bad rooms but you do pay for what you get. The room we got had no carpet and even though we asked for non smoking we were put in a room that smelled like smoke. On the plus side they did move us to another room although it was much smaller
I reserved a two night stay here through the company site for a certain amount. When I went to check in I was charged more than my reservation amount. For a smoking room it doesn't smell bad. The dust on top of the refrigerator has been sitting there for a while. And there are roaches crawling on the floors and walls. That's disgusting. Also, the mattresses could use an upgrade. I'm not satisfied with my stay here.
