As a truck driver, I was surprised to have a good and friendly experience in this motel, got all the help I needed from Marlena the lovely lady working at the front desk. Didn't take long to get a room, and also help to book a shuttle for me. I hope motel 6 keep up the good service and continue to satisfy their customers. Satisfied Canadian customer
Trevor Flemings showed excellent customer, attention to detail, and great leadership. There was slight confusion with my reservation. But mr. Flemings did not hesitate to assist and aid me with the booking process. I will definitely book here again!
Seldom have I experienced such a truly positive experience. A Hotel/Motel is many times nothing more than walls and a roof. In turn, my expectation are never that high. However, it's the people who always make the difference. And "WOW" Greg and Alshia have done a wonderful job building a friendly, caring staff and atmosphere. I've traveled nationwide for many years, and I certainly "know hotels/motels." I commend their efforts and would recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you, David Van Engen
This is possibly the most adequate place I've ever stayed. For some reason, the tissue holder in my room was turned into a towel bar? There was no art in my room or in the hallways, which is fine if not slightly unwelcoming.
Overall, I guess everything seemed clean but just kind of sad? Also, the signs warning that your ID will be checked at the door make the place seem shadier than it actually is.
With plenty of hotels nearby in the same price range (and most of them offering continental breakfast), I'm INCREDIBLY unlikely to return to this hotel.
No one at the front desk. Waited about 10 minutes before the gal came. She was the only one on duty. The room was fairly clean. May or may not have been biten by bed bugs. Outlets in room didn't work. Air conditioner took forever to cool down the room. What staff there was, was very friendly. Would have been nice to have coffee in room.
I have talked with Adam, the manager for that location. I am very pleased with his professionalism. Took care of everything right away. If rooms were cleaner and other issues fixed I would stay again. Other wise no.
This particular property exceeded my expectations as follows:
1). Very clean and well stockedall linens, etc were in room.
2). Staff including Elisa, and Kevin in particular, went beyond their call of duty in helping to make my stay more comfortable.
3). Environment was very quitefree from stress.
4). Property is well maintained and up to date.
Thanks for a great stay.

I have been here at the Motel6 in Oak Creek Wi since Sunday August 27,2017 and Nicole, 3-11 desk clerk is wonderful. She is very helpful in every aspect that you can think of. She made sure that all areas were covered at check in and during her shift is is more than happy to go out of her way to accommodate you in every way. She is very sincere and super nice. Just for the experience I had with checking in with Nicole and my stay since I would stay here again when in town and I would also recommend the motel to friends and family.
Only have two recommendations thought coffee for guests 24/7 and maybe a continental breakfast. But that is for management to consider.
I need to to add to this, the morning desk clerk Alissa is also fantastic very helpful in every way, and very professional. The housekeeping supervisor Irene is great, if something is needed she makes sure it is delivered to your room, very good at her job. Then I have to comment on the maintenance staff Kevin and Weston, if you need something fixed in your room they are right there, I needed a new air conditioner Kevin and Weston were very professional and took care of the issue immediately, I asked for a refrigerator and it was delivered to my room immediately also. I would recommend this Motel6 to all my friends and family that come to Oak Creek to be sure to stay here. The staff is fantastic from desk clerks, housekeeping and maintenance. I have to give this a rating between 1 and 10 and I give it a 10 which in my book is the best.
Good value for the price.
Housekeeping/laundry worker w. short grey hair always asked if I needed anything and responded promptly--room needed attention only twice over a nine-day stay. She was excellent.
Smart phone access was intermediate until desk person told me to hit "forget this connection." I don't understand that, but it worked.
Really wish rooms had a coffee maker and frig. Front door lock at 9:00, but my room key didn't work on it. Otherwise, fine.
This is the cheapest hotel near the airport. We stayed here for one night. The parking lot isn't a secure place to park a car (I didn't notice any surveillance, though it could be wrong) as there's no barrier between your vehicle and the sidewalk. When we arrived, two police cars were parked at the entrance and doing some police business inside the building, unseen. The check in process was easy and the lady working the counter was really nice. Everyone staying in the room had to provide ID, which is intrusive but perhaps necessary at an establishment with this much regular police intervention. Twice I stepped into the hallway after checking-in to find a police woman walking a drug dog up and down the hallway. Our air conditioner didn't work; we called the front desk twice and they gave us some troubleshooting options which all consisted of "wait for a while". We were given the opportunity to switch rooms around 9pm when we got back from dinner, but it was late and we were already unpacked. It would have been nice if the air conditioner had been functioning, though. The next morning we got up early to pack and hit the advertised free breakfast, to find that it consisted of coffee and hot chocolate only. No fruit, no cereal, no food. Just coffee and hot chocolate. We weren't late, either. We checked with the desk clerk and she told us that the coffee and hot chocolate WERE the free breakfast. So, unless this was a fluke, don't believe the free breakfast claims. Overall, the room was a bit crumby, but it was the cheapest airport hotel we could find. We ended up back in Milwaukee several days later and opted to go to the Super 8, which at a scant 10$ more, was a significant step up in quality. I cannot recommend this place unless the 10$ in cost between here and the next cheapest place means that much to you.
Friendly staff, affordable rates, nice rooms, and very quiet. Vending machines are always well stocked. The atmosphere is safe with adequate security and lighting.
Not a bad place to stay. Its a bare bones motel, however. The beds are not comfortable and beds just have a sheet & a very thin blanket. The motel 6 locations in my opinion are just for a night or 2 stay and not for a week, no real comfort. The rooms do not have a fridge, clock or microwave. They do have a tv but very limited stations to view. The old fashion saying holds true: you get what you pay for. If you pay for a cheap room, that's what you'll get. Motel 6 also does not put up with loud altercations or parties. All individuals must present an ID card upon check in staying on their property.
Toilet needed to be repaired. Sink drain plug wouldn't stay down. Smoke detector was missing. Door would not close by itself. My understanding it should not have to be pushed to latch according to motel safety experts. Room was not serviced the second day. I had to take towels to front desk for new ones about 9 PM the second day. Other than that I had a good night's sleep. Staff was very polite. Room 145
I have stayed here 3-4 times in past 2 month. Crazy good. Not your typical Motel 6. Great water pressure, inside entry on all rooms, and room are in really good condition. Incredibly friendly staff. This is the first time I have ever issued a hotel review, but felt it necessary. Don't avoid this Motel6. And the restaurant directly in front of the hotel is very good.
