Great place in a great location, have stayed several times in the last year and have never had a bed experience. Bill and his staff are awesome.

We did not have hot water the night that we checked in and out room keys did not work most of the time. We had to go to the desk several times in order to obtain new keys. Also, the manager (owner?) was very unprofessional and got into a screaming swearing fight with a hotel guest and her children during the continental breakfast. It was very uncomfortable and made all of those eating breakfast feel unwelcome and uneasy. The manager also tried to con our friends out of the free shuttle to their wedding reception. Overall, it was an interesting experience..

Not as nice as it has been in the past. Rooms smell a bit musty and dont seem very clean. The breakfast has really gone downhill. I went to use the hot tub and lights are out. I stay 15 minutes down the road in Burlington now.

Stayed one night for a wedding. Not worth the 180$. The room had a funky smell, the clean towels smelt of chlorine, small tv, and slow internet. The wedding made up for it though!

Rooms were clean and quiet, the pool was relaxing and well maintained, breakfast was lacking for the price of the room. $150 a night I would have expected fresh eggs and bacon.

Do NOT stay here - they double charge! and they lock you out of your room!! Most horrible experience. the second charge is still on after SIX days and "Bill" at the hotel was so rude about it, blamed it on my bank. Absolutely is not my bank's fault. Why would an entire wedding party have to have keys re-issued?? That's so rude.

Baymont is eaaily viaible odd Highway 36 in Waterford south off Hwy 164. Plenty of doos and gas stations in the area. Services at the Baymont are nicely accommodating.

Service was decently friendly, cleanliness of property was good, the beds were lumpy, no microwave in the room, we had to change key cards 4 times before the door worked properly, the over experience decent. Great indoor pool and Hot tub. No smoking inside at all.

Room 317 has bed bugs. When untold the day manager , he told me I was mistaken because they've never had anyone complain of it before. The day manager is rude and not helpful at all.

Our stay was nice. We were in town for a wedding so the accommodations were adequate for the amount of time we were actually in town. I left my suit in the closet upon leaving and they were able to set it aside for me to pick up a few hours later. Overall our experience was good for the price if the room. We had the included breakfast which had waffles, bagels, toast, cold cereal, orange juice, and hot coffee.

First time at a Baymont. Impressed, we ended up staying at these properties for most of the week. Good, helpful people.
