Management that cares about their property. Clean room, clean bed, pretty much everything clean. Grounds not so clean.

Problems include low water pressure, rarely hot water, window doesn't open, terrible shower that doesn't get the bottom half of you.

A fairly nice, a little out of the way, quiet location.

The second floor railings have all been replaced which makes it safer to be on the ground floor. Really upgrades the looks of the place.

Shaneice at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She engaged with every guest that was in the lobby and was friendly with everyone. Lobby was very clean, rooms need more towels but i was more than satisfied. Will be recommending to friends. Great price too

This motel is in a nice area. The beds were comfortable. I did not care for the shower, but it did work. There was mini-fridge and microwave and a nice TV. There was not a coffee pot in the room but they served it in the office, even though I do not drink coffee. Also there was not a hair dryer in the room. The room was nice otherwise and the front desk staff helpful. The TV was nice. I did not use the WiFi but there are fees associated with its use. I think it was a good value for the price. Plus, I could have my dogs.

Nice that they're replacing the second floor railing. Looks so much better and is much safer.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. A little out of the way but it's usually nice and quiet.

My expectations are very low when going to a Motel 6. The past stays at other locations were somewhat bad. This location was so nice. My front desk Shanice was very charming. She seemed genuinely happy to help me and it made me feel very welcome to stay. She offered help if I needed anything. This was my best Motel check in and check out in my life. Also the rooms were very nicely remodeled. Great price for great rooms. I would love to come back the next time I need to stay in the area.

the price was great for the location. however when we got settled in we noticed hair on the pillows (3 of them) then we saw a bunch of hair on the floor and in the shower. I took pictures and my pillow to the front desk. if my toddler wasn't a sleep and my wife and I were not exhausted we would have asked for another room. instead I asked for a broom and dust pan to clean it myself. after an hour waiting I called the front desk and told them to forget it. we didn't get much sleep my wife felt like she was sleeping on someone else's filth. in the morning we watched up at the sink as the shower was too gross to even think about using. at check out I informed the gentleman about our stay and that the night shift didn't care at all. he refunded my entire room rate. it will still be the last time I visit a motel 6. i appreciated the apology and my money back but I don't want to be in a situation like that again.

I have stayed at hostels, with cleaner rooms and better customer service than what at I received at this motel 6. To say the least I was very disappointed with the room because I was told it was a non-smoking but the room reeked of smoke! It was so strong. As for the linens, they were visibly soiled and wrinkled as if they had never been washed or changed. Worse yet I found strands of hair in between the sheets. After calling down to the front desk for new sheets I was rudely asked to come and get them. I had no choice but to go get them. They were loosely folded, crushed and also had strands of hair. I couldn't believe that in the United States of America, my hard earned money couldn't even buy me a clean room. Forget the bells and whistles, at the very least I expected a clean room, crisp sheets and towels! Worse yet the heat wouldn't work and the shower water was barely warm. If you think this account sounds incredulous, stay there for yourself and see how you like it. That night I wanted to leave, I wanted to cry but because it was late and I was tired, I stuck it out until morning and requested to speak with the manager. She was not there but I was assured she would contact me. She did not. I want to you know, that I was highly dissatisfied with the whole thing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and an apology.

Fast check in and check out! I was very impressed by how clean and newly refurbished the rooms were. The outside of the hotel is a little drab but that happens in a Chicago climate. Shower design was peculiar (with head facing away from the curtain and right in the middle) but worked unexpectedly well. I appreciated the easy highway access and nearby gas stations. Area seems very safe with many office buildings and not a lot going on. Would stay again!

Good hotel. I like the price per night. The only small complaint is that when I asked to front desk for missing towels,they asked me to come down and collect from front desk. My room was far from it. Anyways, it should be covered as part of the room service.

When I was going out, I requested a hotel staff upstairs and she delivered the towels later on but something which can be improved with front desk. No biggie though.

AC auto fan without cooling was not working properly.

Well it is the least expensive in the area and generally in most markets. However on this trip I happened to stay a Comfort Inn subsequent to the Motel 6 and found it to offer a much better value. While the Motel 6 is about $10 less expensive, the room is small, kind of stark, has an off-putting smell, thin bed clothes. Not really very comfortable.

Always a room available, quiet, and comfortable! Prices better than any other in town! In need of anything they are always there to accommodate you promptly! Janelle is a fantastic asset to their company, makes you feel like your right at home and friendly! Same with the gentleman and another lady that works the evening but can't remember their names, wonderful staff!!

Cheap, nice TV, friendly staff, and not in a sketchy area are the good parts. Microwave and mini fridge were old. Towels were rough and nearly every towel had a long black hair that came with it. Shower is super weird. It faces backwards. Yes, you walk in and turn around to shower. Also, the water pressure was really weak.

Not bad for a cheap Motel 6, but a few minor fixes could turn this into a hidden gem.
