Really pleasant experience! The staff that I encountered were helpful and respectful, the room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the room was missing a few essentials, just add a coffee maker and a microwave to the rooms and they would be perfect! Thanks for the hospitality!!!

Worst place to Lodge..for the price ($70.00) it was a disappointment. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and when conveyed to the front desk we we're informed that the refrigerator was not provided..(🤔) the ice machine was not working properly and the pop machine took numerous people's money. The grounds we're littered with trash and dog 💩..this would be a place to stay if you had no other choice.

I have never heard of anything like my experience happening to anyone. This hotel needs to be shut down. Within my first hour of having my room 8 stink bugs and 2 roaches I had to kill. I had been here the week previously not one bug so I called n asked to to switch rooms. The front desk told me they were completely booked and refused to move us. We called on another number pretending to make a reservation and she said 8 rooms were available. We decided to call the corporate office. While on the phone I noticed that our non smoking room had previously been smoked in. They have a strict policy on smoking saying they will charge u $150 if you smoke so I mentioned this wanting the corporate lady to make a note that I will not be charged. At that point she informed me that me AND MY 3 YR OLD would need to check out that moment for a full refund or they would be there in the morning to kick us out, put us on a no welcome back list, AND KEEP ALL OUR MONEY!!! What!!! So they literally put my 3 yr old out because they are a very poorly run establishment. My brother called to assist in helping the situation and basically was told that since we complained and asked for a new room that is why we were put out. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau tomorrow and because I was threatened am at the point of looking for legal advice. Do not waste your money. Go down the street to the Days Inn. For about $8-$10 more you get a clean, polite, and friendly environment. Much better and accommodating. My 3 year old daughter feels safe now and I am much more relaxed knowing we are safe and no bugs will crawl on us while sleeping.

Very clean & up to date. We booked a non-smoking room and most non-smoking rooms still had a smell, but our room in Cincinnati actually smelled clean. A/C didn't blow very hard but it kept it semi-cold. I'm also used to keeping our A/C on to where it's 64 degrees. I would refer to friends and/or family.

Not only was the staff awesome and friendly, but once again I got a perfect room and a perfect night's rest. I have stayed in 3 rooms here for a total of 10 nights in 2 years. Every night was excellent. Every room they gave me looks like the ad for the updated super modern room. I chose this place due to location and previous great experience. I will most definitely stay again.

Rooms need at least one easy chair and could definitely use a dresser with drawers. Also each room should have a small shampoo and hair dryer provided along with TWO each bath towels , hand towels and wash cloths. A small coffee maker in the room would be convenient. If the bathroom had two switches for fan and light, it would be possible to have a "nightlight " without the noise of the fan

The location and service were fine, the price was very low and the room wasn't in the greatest shape. My sheets had cigarette burns on them and had spiders. You get what you pay for.

The room was sparse and dated, though the beds were clean. There were damp, used towels hanging on the bathroom door and leftovers from the previous occupant in the refridgerator. This makes me wonder if the room was actually cleaned at all before our stay. Dated I can live with, no cleaning service between occupants, however, is not good.

If it wasn't for the no-refund on our money we definitely would have tried to find somewhere else to stay. It was absolutely filthy, sheets were stained with holes all over them. Floors were sticky and looked like they had seen better days. Every surface of the room appeared to be covered in some kind of grime. I had the eeby-jeebies our whole stay.

Excellent hotel that makes you feel like a home. Great amenities and friendly staff. Room was well stocked and breakfast was a nice treat. Above and beyond the regular continental breakfast at other hotels.
