During my stay, I found the staff nice and professional. The rooms were really clean and more than I expected (the hardwood floors were beautiful and the bathroom tile and design was modern and stylish) there was space and it was very quiet. I was surrounded by food places and places to pick up toiletries. The price was decent. I would stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Because I called and made reservations ahead of time when I got there an guy gave me an room that didn't have stairs near. Because if construction work and. He refused to accommodate me by moving to better room or price reduction I told him. My wife couldn't walk that far he gave money back

I've stayed there a while ago, and was fearful of returning, after hours of contemplationI made a reservation, and to my surprise they had renovated the rooms, the staff. Everyone there had a different attitude As if they were excited to work there. Secondly the guy at the front desk Decorya (I think was his name). He was extremely welcoming and didn't leave one question unansweredeven gave me free WiFi for my uncertaintygreat turn around guys!

Yuck, rude little broad on the day shift, you have to ask for room service and still don't get it. Washing machines take your money and won't work. You ask for your money back and the little broad gets and attitude, like your really bothering her. On the next day the 2nd attended was a lot nicer. The room was nice although you get a wide screen - towels - no soap - no fridge - no microwave - a bed and a table. Spartan at best but not a bad place to crash for 4 days. Just needs a front desk attended with a better attitude and machines that work.

At reservation time, the agent will repeatedly warn you that "this is a 100% Smoke-Free property!" Yet, as photos attached here show, there are buckets of fresh cigarette butts outside most rooms, cigarette burn marks on flooring inside rooms, overwhelming cigarette odor in virtually every.
Linen is clearly not changed (note the hairs and other waste beneath covers).
No fridge nor microwaves in any room (except for the long-term homeless tenancies).
A somewhat frightening hole in a wall in an otherwise border-line neighborhood.

We were booked for 8 days. The first 2 days were good. But after a long day on the third day we were made to move rooms due to construction. We didn't feel comfortable in trusting your housekeeping staff they would leave the door open and just disappear. Our next room was dirty no garbage cans no towels, dirty Sox hanging over lamp shade. Room smelled like smoke.Called the office no housekeeping response, no offer for compensation they just didn't care. We had to take towels off the housekeeping cart the next morning. We checked out two days early from our vacations. We will not be staying at your establishment next time we come to your city.

The rooms looked beautiful when my family and I walked in. The beds were clean and fixed, the Bathroom was clean, along with the floor and table. The only thing I didn't like was the smell. Other than that it was a good thing to stay for a night or two.

You have done a beautiful job up grading your rooms. But you're house keeping people do not do there job. I had a wash towel only. There was trash under the bed. A Apple core behind the trash can. And nothing had been wiped down. And my feet were black because the floor had not been mopped. You have invested in upgrading your rooms. I think you should upgrade your housekeeping crew also.

Not a good experience. Room was very dirty. No soap, no shampoo. Gave me a room next to the laundry laundry ran all night. They are doing construction which also made for a not so quiet stay. One night was enough won't be back.

What see it all started when I pulled up there and you can tell that it was completely run down! There was garbage all over the place it seriously look like something out of a horror film.. The front desk people have absolutely no customer service experience. The first room I checked into there was literally fecal matter still on the toilet. The second room I checked into the floor wasnt even clean, there was popcorn between the two beds and I don't mean just like one little kernel this was like a cup. So I go to the bathroom to check on the bathroom and as soon as I walk in there, I can hear the dirt crunching underneath my shoes. I went down there and said I need to leave I cannot stay here this is not safe I'm going to end up catching something and I asked her if I was going to get my money back if I checked out she said yes automatically well that was a lie because I didn't get my money back and it's still not back on my card. Needless to say I will never ever stay at a Motel 6 and I will be sure that I will tell everybody about my bad experience that I had at a Motel 6..

I stay at motel 6 once a week. Few things stood out to me about this location. Outside appearance wasn't all that great but upon entering I quickly figured out a remodel was in place. So I let the outside appearance go for that reason. Upon arrival I was informed that I could not check in until 3pm. That would have been all fine and dandy expect for the fact 2 of the other motel 6s I have stayed at allowed me to check in at 1pm. Again I let that slid. When I was finally able to check in I was informed that i was given one of the newly remodeled rooms. Once I got to my room that's when I became annoyed. First the bathroom door was barely on its hinges and I had to pick up on the door just to close it properly. Upon taking a shower the tub was backing up and I stood in roughly 2 inches of water my ENTIRE shower last but not least the heating and air conditioning machine made this god awful noise the entire night. Should I have asked for another room more then likely but to be honest I was entirely way to tired to even go through the hassle of packing all my things up then moving to another room with a 50/50 chance that the next room was going to end up being the same way if not worse.

My room's carpet was very dirtyno sign of even a recent vacuumit was iffy if the sheets were clean, but I know that the blanket and the comforter were not.
I kept getting locked out of my room. Your staff is more interested in playing on their phones than actually helping customers. I was not impressed at all. The only decent thing was the price.
Please train your staff better on cleanliness and friendliness!
Get TVs that actually have a clear picture Very fuzzy reception.

I was so excited to be the first in a new room. I was told that I would be the first in to Motel 6's new remodeled rooms. Yes there are nice an remodeled. Yet there was ABSOLUTELY NO HEAT. I was told that I could receive more blankets. I woke up to a frozen room. The sorts cold that you see your breath in.
