We checked in and immediately checked out due to roaches. The staff then moved us to a different room. One roach was found there as well. Checked out and asked for money back and they said they had to charge us for one night. Still refunded my other money but would've been nice to have a full refund.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The room itself was actually fairly decent. But unless you like heroin addicts wandering the lot leaning on your car. Oh and i hope u like cold showers because if you don’t you need to like police being called because you want to shower. And please don’t show up black or brown during this weather. The night attendant will leave you and your family outdoors while it takes 20 minutes to get sent to the wrong room someone is asleep in. Hope it’s not one of the drug dealers living there paranoid you are there to rob him.

DONT GO HERE. If I could give negative stars I would. I'll first say front desk male clerk. Nice as could be. HOWEVER full of roaches. Tried three rooms. He even walked me to the last two just to make sure they were good. No no. No no. Just no. He seemed embarrassed. He gave us our money back. Because and he asked in accordance with hotel policy if the bed is made the way you found it then they don't charge you. They simply rent it to the next person. Nice.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star if I had the choice. We rented 4 rooms for a group. Every room had roaches, plumbing was horrible (leaking faucets, showers, toilet wouldn't stop running). And at 4 am there's a bunch of people hanging out outside yelling and listening to music extremely loud. Honestly I wouldn't leave the room after dark in fear of being robbed. Thank God we only had to stay for 1 night, I would never recommend anyone stay here! Several rooms we saw people were using as long term had big dogs (3 Great Danes in the room who about knocked the glass out barking and growling). So I could only imagine the smell of those rooms once the people decide to leave and go elsewhere. No thank you!

There were cock roaches and bed bugs in the room. After 1 night we could not bear the room any longer. We were escaping hurricane Irma. We had to pack up and go to a Red Roof Inn.We called the front desk about the bugs and a man showed up with a can of "Raid" He got at the grocery store. Thats not how you control bugs in a commercial atmosphere. We checked out early and the desk clerk had the nerve to charge us for 2 days because we were leaving earlier than our reservation, even though I told him we couldn't stand the bugs. I will never stay at a Motel Six Again.

Everything was just fine- except- there was some plumbing issues. The commode tank handle would hang up and no water would flow into the tank. Then the sink stopper was broken so I could not fill the sink.
But like I said everything else was just fine.
Oh, I see there is a question concerning how I booked my room- I would never use one of those other "services" as I prefer dealing with the people I am renting from.

Stayed here two days, and was impressed with this facility. This place has an amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. The room and the grounds are very clean, and it has a nice outdoor pool. If I am ever passing through this area, I will choose this place again. 5 happy stars from me!

Let's start with the good. This place is cheap and very pet friendly. No fees or ridiculous size limitations. That's it. It's also the only reason I chose to stay here while we waited to move into our new house, since we have large dogs and it's difficult (if not impossible) to find an extended stay that will let you keep them without paying a fortune.

That being said, it's exactly what you pay for, and most of the other reviews on here have it right. Don't be fooled by their remodeled lobby in the pictures. It was the first thing they worked on, but the rest of this place is a cesspool. And I've been to war in 3rd world countries.

In 3 weeks I saw more police action than I did in the last 4 years of my life. Crack pipes in the bushes, weed smoke filtering through the vents, used condoms and 40's on the ground. Hookers and drug dealers in the corner rooms with customers parked outside waiting their turn. I guess if you wanted to score some cheap crank or a hand-job then Motel 6 is the place for you.

As for the place itself, the "free" coffee goes to the construction workers swarming over the place 12 hrs a day, and the Wi-Fi is non-existent. Technically the free Wi-Fi sign isn't a lie since it's available from a small router that only works with a special password in the lobby, but the rooms do not have access. For the first couple weeks I'd ask every night when it was going to be extended to the rooms, and would get various answers, but finally one of the staff (I wont describe him so he doesn't get in trouble), admitted that the owner has no intention of upgrading the system, and maintains just enough to advertise that they have it.

On that note, I'll tell a story that gives you an idea about the management and overall attitude of the staff. After two weeks in our filthy room we asked to move into a double. While I was at work my wife called me crying, because she said they had locked her out of the new room, and would not reactivate her key (our dogs were locked inside), until we paid for unspecified damages to the old room, in the form of an invoice that had a number written on it in poor English without a single explanation. Since I was at work and would be gone for some time, my wife paid so she could let the dogs out, but when I returned to ask about the charges the owner said they'd already rerented the room and couldn't let me see the damage. I said I would immediately be calling my bank about their fraudulent charges and they were quickly able to produce a shower curtain, room curtain, and a sheet that seemed to have some threads missing. Allegedly these were from my room. When I asked how did I know these even came from my room a maid began screaming hysterically and waving the items in my face. As the room was one that was about to be remodeled I find the whole situation extremely suspect. For context, this all happened in the middle of the lobby. It would have been funny if it wasn't so pathetic.

We debated leaving that day except we'd already paid for the week. Getting the police involved in small-time stuff like this isn't worth it, and the owner knows most of the people there have no where else to go, so he takes full advantage.

Since that incident if one of us had to leave the other would stay in the room to prevent another blackmail attempt.

As a famous movie once said: "Nuke the sight from orbit. It's the only way."

I love this place. It's quite. No one come to knock on your door to ask are you staying until 11. Everyone here is nice. The rooms are kept unbelievable clean you can eat off the floor if you wanted too.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would.Besides the place being a dump, having cot like beds, sockets dont work, or half work,, doorz dont always open with card, twice we had people come into our room while we were sleeping because they rerented our room. No wifi ..ever, the free coffee is never thete because they aow the 30 or so laborers who are working on the place to drink it instead of customers who paid for it.the final straw was when the owner mat, knockedon my door at 830 am, and asked me and my son inlaw to do some electrical troubleshooting for them. After 4 hours we gave him our findings.the next day , when we went to hand him an invoice, for 240.00, he refused to accept it, pay it, or credit our account as we had agreed upon. The nect morning i went to pay our weeks rent, and the desk boy informed us that Mat was refusing to renew our room, and me and my family had 1 hour to be off the property. The place is below a dive rating. Every other room is either a hooker, Dealer or users..DO NOT STAY HERE

It's a place to fine what your economic crisis and to appreciate a clean remodeled place. For the price you pay I find the place good . But they're living some generics important areas cover but not replace. Bath tub are bad and mechanical hardware not working right. Hot goes really hot you can't control the water on a even scale.

Don't trust the employees!! I book a room for 1 night cash. When the cashier gave me my change back I noticed the amount she gave me was incorrect. So I told her "excuse me miss but I'm pretty sure you gave me the wrong amount I'm missing more change. (10 bucks ) so I wanted to see if she would correct herself since she tried to steal from me. She tells me I'm going to check the cash drawer if there's anything more I'll send it back to your room should only take like 10 minutes. I said alright, few minutes pass and the security guard comes and gives me my money in an envelope. I open it and to my surprise she had only sent 5 bucks. I was furious but then I told myself I'm not going to go crazy over 5 bucks. She probably needs more than I do. Tip: don't pay cash use your card. Never again am I coming here.
