The staff is great but the rooms are a little run down.. the only cool thing was the mounted TV’s. The manager is super amazing, very helpful!!
This is a disgraceful place to stay!!! The rooms are disgusting and not the way it was 5 yrs ago. Roach infested in the bathroom, kitchen and so called dining area, the fridge thats in the dining area has roaches under it, I put an gel air freshner on top of the fridge with in a couple of minutes the roach flock to the air freshner. Kitchen didn t even want to warm up food in the microwave, closet door wouldn't close. Dresser and end tables are falling apart and infested with roaches!!! Bathroom mirror is dirty had to clean it, tub was disgusting didn t even want to take a shower in it had to clean it first. The bed frame you can tell haven't been cleaned in years!! The dirt and dust build up between the box spring and bed rail is so damm thick. They are fixing up the other rooms but very disappointed from 5 yrs ago of when I stayed at crossland. For the price you better think twice!! Until they finish remodelling the ENTIRE motel stay at your own risk
This hotel had really cheap prices which is reasonable, but on the other hand the rooms needs to be upgraded. The handle on the dressers were broken which made it hard to put my clothes in. The lamps shades and curtains were dusty/stained. On top of that there was a roach crawling on my baby when I woke In the morning. My stay here would've been better if all of the things listed were accommodated in more comforting way.
I spoke to a lady named Nazara over the phone. I didn't know that this hotel had a call center or customer care, which teaches me about judging. Nazara was so considerate, patient, and sincere about my stay here, knowing that I was nervous and had been calling around getting prices from different hotels. She assured a covered and pleasant stay. Then I found out that she was at their location, in Florida! Lol making me want to go back to Florida and live. Just off of her presence over the phone. I had to write a review. Shoot, she made me forget about all the other reviews! Someone please give this woman a bonus! She sold your room, over the phone, to stubborn ME, in another state! That's some kind of gift!
This place is in a beautiful neighborhood, so it's very nice from the outside, but the rooms inside are very dirty and rundown. The mattresses were on the wrong box springs. The queen bed was on the full box spring, so it was hanging over. The full mattress was on the queen box spring, so there was space left over. I had to switch them myself. There was no blanket on the bed and a pillow was missing. There were roaches in the bathroom. I killed three in one night.
I switched to a different room where there was a blanket and no roaches in the bathroom, so it was slightly better, but it was still dirty and rundown, with mold on the shower curtain and it smelled like urine. The worse part is the customer service. They don't care. The overnight manager was so rude and looks and acts like a thug who just got out of prison. The first time I saw him, I didn't even know he worked there and he was so rude to me. I needed one more quarter to do laundry and had dimes and pennies to trade and politely asked him if he had a quarter and he treated me like I was begging him for money. When I switched rooms, he failed to give me the wi-fi password. When I got back to the hotel after work, I had to call the after-hours line to ask him for the wi-fi password and he had the nerve to scold me for it.
Some of the lights in my room were burnt out and the light that was still working would dim or turn off sometimes. The man in the next room kept laughing loudly past midnight. I guess that's what you get for only $35 a night, ghetto people!
I have to say the Rude is a bossy, bitchy black woman who wouldn't know customer service if it came in the door! This place doesn't deserve any stars. I spent $650 staying there and had requested a piece of mail to be delivered to the office while i was at work. According to the sender just now on the phone, the item was delivered 8 days after shipping out, showed signs of being opened and resealed and sent back to the sender. Apparently they didn't find any cash to steal. DON'T STAY HERE! DEPLORABLE!
Price -- Affordable
Location -- Awesome!!! It's downtown Norcross.
Cleanliness -- HORRIBLE!!!! Mold, mildew, stains, dust, and terrible smells.
Room -- Everything is outdated. EVERYTHING!!! The great and new thing is the television and air conditioning.
Check-In -- Interesting because there was no staff for 30 minutes and there was a sign saying we'll be back.
PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!!!
This place is nasty 😷. Then got the nerve to say the don't do refunds. Ok so I am here until my PD comes and I can move to my home but I paid $311 and the motel 6 in Chamblee was way better then this place all I can say IS DO NOT COME HERE. I came because I thought it was a good hotel near the police station but naw this place is disgusting as HELL never again. I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK
I stayed here for three weeks while working in Norcross.
There are little black bugs crawling in the beds which can get into your clothing and luggage and you can carry them home with you.
There were people speaking loudly outside until the wee hours of the morning.
I was approached by someone as I was getting out of my car one night who asked me if I was 'party friendly.' I don't know what that means.
There are no coffee makers in the rooms. There are little stoves in some of them.
The staff are some of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered in my travels. Yet, they seem OK with bugs in the beds, loud tenants, moving mattresses from room to room at night, and odd smells.
It's a shame. The place has so much potential and is positioned in one of the nicest places in America Historic Norcross.
Someone needs to clean this place up and turn it around.
Have been there for over 4 weeks, room has only been cleaned once, and only because pointed it out to staff. Neighbors are loud and not respectfully of other tenants. But most affordable long term stay in area.
The rooms were clean. The office staff was patient and helpful in assisting myself and numerous other customers. The housekeeping staff were friendly too. The prices were a bit high, but it was a great overall experience.
This and Extended Stay are two of the better extended stay suites in the area. What this place has over ESA though is price. While there might be lots of traffic outside and in the lobby, in the rooms, it's quiet, clean and modern.
My husband and I have been here since April 2016. We love it. The rooms are big and very roomy. The staff is just the sweetest. We have not had any problems at all. They just did a paint job on the outside a few months ago. Put in all new flat screen tv's that are attached to the walls plus they are to be getting normal size refrigerator's. Right now they have the small one's. Some room's have a larger one already. Plus they are going to be ripping out all the carpet and adding wood floors and painting all the walls. This should start to happen in March or April.
Good for a nigth or two, some rooms are better than others, make sure of check them out firstly. Took two rooms, one was good but the fridge was too small, second room, had bad smell and leaks in the kitchen and bathroom floor. Neighborhood is really nice though
