So the pickle chips were amazing but that's about where it ends. I ordered food for delivery and it's awesome the driver was early, but she was also rude. I don't expect much just a "have a nice day" or something similar but all I got was "here" and then she walked away. Not only that but our order was wrong. It wasn't complicated either, we just wanted two burgers with chicken instead if beef but got beef. I understand a restaurant can get busy and mistakes are bound to happen, but messing up the patty is like forgetting the bun. This was not a good first experience, but a first experience it was so I won't rate lower than 3 stars. I hope next time is better.

So. after eating at this location for years and about 2 times a month. The quality here has gone down and is never consistent. I called in an order, and I go with the same thing, and try not to be difficult, and the lady that took my order also said,”oh that’s not to difficult”. I don’t eat beef or pork and it never fails my food is always messed up and I hate complaining but it’s seriously not that hard to make a turkey burger California style no bacon, right?
Well, I get home and my turkey burger has bacon on it and isn’t cooked all the way (just very weird and could possibly be a frozen precooked patty) and I couldn’t eat it for various reasons.
Not sure if the new owner or manager or whoever changed the turkey burgers, but this was different than any of the times before hand, and I’ve had them many times over the years since I don’t eat beef.
Just double check your food if you decide to eat here, make sure it’s cooked all the way and it comes to you the way you ordered it.
Sorry, but this location will no longer get my business, comes to a point where complaining about your food gets old and unnecessary, just to given more nasty food? No thanks!response / report this review -

I'd had a long day, no time to eat and was running late. I stopped here to get a quick bite and the cashier told me it would be about 10 minutes to bring the food out.
As she noticed I was in a hurry she offered to have the kitchen prioritize my order. After about fifteen minutes she noticed me looking at the counter/kitchen and went to inquire where my order was. A few more minutes and I'd waited as long as I could. I was hungry and tired and not on my best behavior, but she had already gotten a refund ready and maintained her pleasant demeanor. Apparently the kitchen made an error and placed my order in with somebody else's and it hadn't been caught.
She had them working on a new order for me. In my foul mood I almost left without waiting for it as I was running quite late, but being so hungry I relented and waited. I am glad I did. The burger was delicious.
I greatly appreciate the professionalism I was treated with when I was not being particularly nice. The food is very good and the staff considerate and proactive.response / report this review -

They are under new management. The burgers are yummy. I never want to eat the fast food chain. The inside is clean and neat. Good place for a quick bite to eat

Excellent service. Nice burgers. Good prices. My kids loved the snow coned and were very disappointed from the canned fruits.
We didn't understand why they serve canned fruits in the kids meal.
Canned fruits are like a candy and Healthy fruits are fresh fruits.response / report this review -

My favorite milkshake and fries out of all the milkshakes and fries I've ever had, let alone in Austin. The burger is also delicious. They use some sort of Hawaiian-bread-esque bun, so it's got this awesome, sweet taste, and it's filling despite not being particularly big. The staff are nice and full of personality, and the food doesn't take long at all to get to you. It's a great stop for a great lunch.

I don't always eat burgers but when I do, I want a Moonies burger. I don't know what they do differently, but they are juicy and delicious. I go thinking I will only eat half and before I know it I've devoured the whole thing! Two thumbs up.

Awesome burger for the price, portion is huge! And the wheat bun I got was delicious! Definitely a good quick bite for just stopping through North Austin!! And the service was very pleasant! I don't know what some of you people want them to do..a cartwheel while delivering your burger??.

Awesome burgers. My wife and her brother and myself split the California burger and Moon dog. Be prepared to use a fork to eat the dog as it is impossible to pick up in one piece. Both were served rather quickly (there wasn't a line when we got there) but this location can get pretty busy. Will return soon

The burger is pretty good if you are looking for something casual and pretty fast. Big patty. Fresh ingredients. Better than most the burger chain competition. Staff not so friendly.

Been a few times, each time I think the burger I pick is my new favorite lol. Simply the BEST burgers in Austin!! They have really good fries & onion rings too. Friendly staff, quick service, clean place, there's nothing to not like. I love love love this place!!
