OUTSTANDING staff and doctor!!! If I could rate this more stars I would. I was nervous taking my new baby Whitley to a place I had no idea about. But I will not go anywhere else! My dog loved the doctor and wouldn't leave her side the whole appointment. Very sweet receptionist staff and they got us in the back very fast! Definitely recommend! 10/10

I can't say enough about the whole team at Monticello. We drive 40 minutes to get to them even though we have a pretty good vet right next to our house.

Very sweet and understanding. Everyone was nice. She was on time with scheduling. They clean the area up after every animal like they work at a doctor's office. They are very caring and gental. So was so sweet to my rat and kept her calm during the visit. She showed how to give my rat the medicine. They call back to even check up on the animal! The medicine was super cheap and so far they have to cheapest check up cost. Very affordable for a teenager like me who only makes very little money.

Apparently don't know how to answer a phone or schedule an appointment. Extremely unhelpful and not a good first impression, does not make me want to pursue.

Dr Wallis took her time with our piglet's first vet visit making Penelope comfortable and answering all our questions. Her staff was welcoming and roomed us right away. We can't thank her enough for the great care and excellent information.

We are new to western shawnee and chose this vet since it was close to our new home.
I called expecting my cat had a bladder infection and they got him in right away.. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm glad this anima hospital is in my new neighborhood. :)

The vets at Monticello Animal Hospital are the only vets we've ever used that have taken the time to get to know our cats before examining them. They are thorough, compassionate and personable. And, they are willing to work within an owners budget to find a solution to improve a pet's quality of life. And, whenever I have boarded my cats with them, I have found the quality of care my cats received to be above and beyond my expectations. I love all of the vets and the office staff at Monticello Animal Hospital.
