I was in the market for 2021 Custom Trail Boss but with the high demand for trucks at the moment I found it extremely difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. Bought my vehicle there many years ago and have been seeing the service department. My service department representative Ken has been amazing. The problem I have is every time that I get a simple oil change. I was instructed that there was to be an alignment check. I have yet to see a check. But my main problems lie after I get my oil changed. Done within a timely manner. But I feel it can be if you skip steps. My vehicle leaves the shop and service tire light comes on. I checked my tires one is very low at 22 lb. The others are just where they were when I brought them in. It makes you wonder what else hasn't been done. I have tried to voice my concern before but the manager Rodney seems just to put me by the wayside and say words that he thinks will comfort me. I'm not asking for something free. I could go to Walmart though and get an oil change at half the price but I trust the dealer, but now should i?

Wow! What an amazing dealership. I would recommend everyone to use McCarthy Chevrolet. Our entire experience was perfect. I loved the online chat. The communication by email and phone was great. Most of all we loved Jamie, the sales rep!!! He was very straightforward and charismatic. He answered all of our questions. Jamie really made us feel welcome, comfortable, and important! Our closing rep was awesome and explained everything we wanted. What an overall fantastic experience, thank you! We are lifers @ McCarthy Chevrolet!

Very pleasant experience with McCarthy Chevrolet. Anthony took care of any and all questions I had about my vehicle purchase and really went the extra mile to stay in contact throughout the process even though I lived 200 miles from the dealership, really appreciate the extra effort! Ethan took care of the financing side and was able to secure better loan options that I originally expected, took a little extra time (like 20 minutes) but well worth it. Both a huge asset to this dealership. Would not hesitate to refer any friends or family to them. Thank you all for your help with my vehicle purchase!

This transaction was one of the smoothest ones I have ever experienced in my 58 years. The sales representative I worked with, Tony Jacklevich, was extremely eager to provide pictures, videos and answers to my many questions as I live nearly 700 miles away from their dealership. He provided very accurate details about the pickup that justified my traveling to the dealership and ultimately purchasing the auto.

The whole team was very pleasant and fun to work with from the moment we walked in the front door until we left after working with the finance department.

I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership as everyone I dealt with was sincere, honest and accommodating in every way.

I had a great experience at McCarthy Chevrolet! I was a little nervous going to the dealership while my husband was out of town, but they were very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the vehicle. We were able to quickly purchase the car and they were very reasonable with the offer. The part that stood out the most was the honesty of the car condition. They made sure to let us know up front that it had previously recorded damage and worked with us to have it fixed in a timely fashion. Carl Gray was our salesperson and was willing to stay with us after hours on a Saturday night in order to close the deal so we wouldn't need to wait until Monday. The entire staff was very helpful and attentive, but we also did not feel pressured into purchasing anything. We appreciate their flexibility and highly recommend using them!

I had a fabulous experience with the employees at McCarthy Chevrolet. I had multiple gentlemen who facilitated a straightforward and fun car buying experience. Thank you to Micah, Heath, and Bobby for getting me set up in my Volt. I appreciated how they let me go as fast or as slow in this process as I wanted so I never felt pressure but always felt like a valued customer. They were also fun and personable, while also being completely professional. I also know the manager helped me get a fabulous car for a fabulous price. This teacher is most grateful. for most folks buying a car is a very complex purchase. bait & switch, sell you more things that you dont need or want. however our last purchase we did not experience any of the above thanks to Jordan Knoll the sales rep. He actually made our purchase enjoyable. Answered all our questions without any pressure from him at all. We just told him what we wanted & he stayed focused. We highly recommend McCarthy & Jordan if you want 100% satisfaction. And Jordan we are so very happy with our car, was a great pleasure working with you. Thanks again.

I took my car in not knowing exactly what was wrong. It seemed to be shuttering when I accelerated and when driving in low gear. Scott listened as I explained the trouble and called a technician so that he could take it for a drive to see what was the matter. As we waited for the technician, he also took a peek under the hood for me and discovered a possible issue with the cooling tank. He also showed me that my license plate bulbs had gone out. Scott explained that they would take it into the shop and take a closer look. He got a rental for me to drive as repairs were being made and showed me how to work the locks and how to use the push-button start. He also said that he would call with updates for me. He did follow up later to let me know that they would be replacing the transmission and that it was covered under the warranty! Yay! A few days later, he called to let me know that it was ready and that they replaced the cooling tank as well! Throughout the whole process, Scott was so patient and so friendly. I really appreciated how he explained things to me and how he followed up with me as well. He did an outstanding job! Every time my husband and I bring our cars in, we are always impressed with the service team and how they take care of us!

Salesman was on his phone for 90% of the time. They wanted to, and did, run my credit several times after I explained I wish to use my own financing. After insisting I was using my bank I received the following text, " Could u try and do it another day I have to talk to finance to see if we can even continue business". Extremely unconcerned with my satisfaction. I went to Molle in Blue Springs had a completely different experience and left with the car I wanted same day. I do not recommend this dealer and will never shop for a vehicle there again.

I just had my truck worked on here to remedy the ails of a bad used car deal. The service shop is clean , professional and did a fantastic job . The staff are very very courteous. They understood my vehicle pain points and came up with reasonably quick diagnosis and estimates.Everything i asked for was handled and i was extended a loaner vehicle on request. My new go to place for GM products. If you want hassle free work done with minor inconveniences. Give this service shop a try.

This dealership doesn't care about customer satisfaction at all. Incredibly rude staff all around, made an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes to be helped. The car we drove 2 hours to test drive had been SMOKED in and was not told to us, even though I asked for smoking history and it was disgusting inside. Gave an incredibly insulting low offer for my trade in. Then ended up doing a hard credit inquiry even though I left before that stage of the buying process. DO NOT GO HERE.

We bought a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox yesterday from McCarthy in Olathe. Our buying experience was great! My wife and I both agree that our salesman, Derek Mason, was the best that we have ever had when buying a car. Derek didn't hurry us, explained everything where we could understand. He used no pressure. We were happy with him from the beginning until when we drove away in the new car. We are older seniors who have lived in 8 states plus Ontario so probably have bought 25 or more cars from many different type salesman. Derek is definite the best of all that we have had.

Chris our sales rep was exceptional and knowledgeable of the products, no pressure selling at all; the experience was more of a conversation than a car salesman to a buyer. Great job Chris.

Dale Mercer the sales manager did everything he could to accomodate our needs; he was honest and stated the facts; Dale was able to locate a vehicle for my 16 years old that he wanted and was also able to make the deal happen within our our goal.

Jeremy the finance manager stayed after hours on a blizzard night to make sure all the numbers are what we are comfortable with and all documents are signed.
Looking forward to seeing them all when we pick up my son's new car on Friday.

We were helped by Nick at McCarthy Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable about what vehicles they had in stock and made the car buying process painless and quick. Didn't feel pressured at all to make a decision or do something we didn't want to do. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car or a new Chevy to come to McCarthy and seek out Nick Cathey great guy.

The showroom was spotless and looked great decorated with Christmas trees and everyone there was super helpful with us and our two week old. They cars that we saw were prime quality and the lot was nicely organized and clean. When it comes time to get a new vehicle we will be looking to McCarthy first.
