  Unprofessional, take too long, they answer personal phone calls when they should be with the client only.

  They are the worst tax services, they never answer the phone. They are rude and not attentive to the customers. They want to help three customers at once without being considerate of the first scheduled customer and their time! Waiting times are ridiculous, when they make scheduled appointments! They are just a frustrating company over all!

  My mom filed her 2020 tax returns here and they messed them up. Said she couldn't claim the stimulus anymore even though sites like H&R had it on there. The also put the wrong bank with the wrong number. Didn't even make sure the information was right. Now they are taking no responsibility.
