I am a small businessman who has relied on Cloud bookkeeping for several years. Niels, the operations officer, has always been very responsive to my requests with a professional and friendly manner. I recently had the opportunity to work with a Cloud Bookkeeping accountant, Joshua Garcia. It's readily apparent that Cloud Bookkeeping has been able to attract very competent accountants. I was the in the unfortunate situation of being a hard pass from 9/10 of the CPA’s that I got a quote through Thumbtack. Luckily, this business is the one I contacted first. Charlie was very generous with his time and knowledge, despite my current state of business being lower than what would allow me a budget for professional accountant. Charlie transformed 1/10 (my luck in getting a response) to 10/10 in how he made me feel valued. Thanks again!!!
