Eric called me on a Sunday, not 10 minutes after requesting a tax pro contact me from Ramsey solutions. Eric listened to my concerns and answered all my tax related retirement questions.

Rude, overpriced and unprofessional. There’s a reason they cash you check before you see what a mess they’ve made. Avoid at all costs. The accountant was yelling at the staff during our meeting and was absolutely too expensive for the work done

We were referred to this company this year. Everyone that we talked with was so helpful and kind. We are self employed and the ins & outs of that kind of tax return is confusing at times. We had a zoom meeting with Mr. Pelton 3 days after a phone conversation. He is very informative and helpful. He took time out of his schedule to talk with us even though we hadn’t confirmed we wanted to bring our business to his firm. He didn’t have to do that at all. His caring attitude sealed the deal! We are happy with him & his staff! We have & will continue to refer others to him. Thank you all again!

Diane Walker is our tax preparer at E.J. Pelton and she is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, goes the extra mile for her clients. Anytime we have a question (no matter what it is) she listens and answers professional without making you feel unimportant. We are so glad we found her and she is awesome!! I have had Diane prepare my taxes for 9 years now. She is very knowledgeable, and always up to date with the ever changing tax laws. Diane is a very professional. The E.J. Pelton staff is always courteous and accommodating.
