I’m a small business owner that was facing some serious tax charges from accounting mistakes. My attorney was Creigh Deeds a US senator who hired Mr. Miller to represent me because I decided to fight these charges and went to trial. On my court date the prosecution presented there case and yes we were prepared with our expert witnesses, accountants etc., they weren’t needed. I’ll never forget as Mr. Miller got up to cross examine there experts attorney Deeds leaned over and said “pay attention your getting ready to see something special”. Coming from a US senator and a 28 yr. Practicing attorney I didn’t know what to expect. On only the cross examination of there experts all chargers were dropped, WOW! It was amazing to watch such a expert at his craft that knows the law and has such a strong accounting background go to work. Mr. Miller’s fees were also a little less then local representation that I looked at. Business owner, dad of 5, coach and life back to normal. Life saving hire for me by Attorney Deeds.

My husband and I consulted with Mr. Miller regarding tax questions related to the sale of our home. We found him to be very knowledgeable and approachable, and we left his office with all of our questions answered. We highly recommend his services, and plan to seek his advice on any tax or estate planning questions we may have in the future!
