I have been going to Monroe Florist for many years- whether it's a happy, sad, or just because occasion, they've had me covered. On the date occasion something has come up, they've called with alternate solutions. I've ordered online, on phone, and in person, always a great experience. Their shop is beautiful and filled with so many great things for your home, for gifts, or for any occasion. Highly recommended.

Flowers we ordered for our mother Shirley's funeral were so beautiful and received so many great commits on the flower arrangements. Monroe Florist is the place to go. Our son's flowers for his wedding came from there. I have no complaints .

Monroe Florist, most especially Emily, went above and beyond helping locate delivery address for my daughters birthday flowers, Even her employer could not, for sure, tell us where she was working the day of her 'special' birthday.. Her bouquet was spectacular, to the point of tears. Many thanks for a job "well done".

I was really happy and excited for my girlfriend to receive the flowers and chocolate pizza on valentines day. When they arrived my girlfriend and i about got sick from the strong odor of cigarette smoke that was on them. I will never have flowers delivered from there ever again.

The women to whom I had the pleasure of working with over the phone seriously saved the day!!! Not only were they willing to go out of their way to assist me they were also extremely pleasant and helpful! The customer service is above excellent! Beyond the customer service the arrangement and goodies that were ordered and delivered were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Very grateful to have had the pleasure to work with Lynn and I believe the owner or delivery person (sorry I forgot your name). I will forever be a customer! Appreciate everything more than you know!

I recently needed to order flowers for a friends Father's funeral, and went to Monroe Florist. I first walked in to an absolutely beautiful store, and was greeted by some of the friendliest and most helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure that the flowers said what I couldn't. The flowers themselves were fresh, beautiful and just what I wanted. I would recommend Monroe Florist to anyone in need of flowers of any kind. I will definitely be using them again the future!
