High quality ingredients including fresh fish and seafood as well as meats and vegetables. I've lived in Jackson for a long time and Golden Crown has always been my families favorite Chinese place. The food is priced fairly and is consistently delicious. 5*

If you’re in town in Jackson or live in this town, look no further when you’re in the mood for Chinese take out. Clean, Fresh and delicious! Quick delivery! The kids wanted ramen but the ramen spot was too far out for delivery so instead I found an alternative to order Lo-Mein so the kids can practice with their chopsticks. Speedy delivery on a quick lunch prep! I haven’t tried out their dinner situation but during lunch it’s super fast! I live about 7 miles from restaurant and delivery came in less than 15 minutes. Price is reasonable and they charge less than $2 for using a credit card - No big deal. Recommend!

We have been going to Golden Crown for years but the last time I went to pick up my order I found a dead insect inside the cover of the soup. Now I understand that unexpected stuff happens but no one thought to cover the containers or lids. That was our last time!

Crunched on metal! Found metal in my food! Awful management! Delivered my food complained about the tip wouldn't leave my doorstep until I responded with have a nice night as if thank you wasn't enough as he waited for me to go grab more money for a tip (which I did not) Ordered general tyso chicken and started the chew a piece and crunched on a long metal bar inside the piece of chicken! Cracked the crown on my tooth! In exchange it was a fight for my money back and they only gave me $8 back. I spent 25 on everything I ordered. Horrible place. Flies Nasty customer service. Do not understand English .. hope it gets shut down!!

I ordered beef and broccoli went to return it cause the beef was gray in color.I never had gray beef before the guy said he could not take it back and give me something else cause it cost them to much money. What about what it cost me. I will never go there again.

Best Chinese place in town. Sometimes delivery takes a little while but my order has always been correct and the staff is always friendly. I recommend making a pick up order as well, it's cool to see them work and throw together orders. Nice guys, great food.
