My wife went to get teeth pulled and dentures. She was told it would cost around $3,600. She asked them three times if they ran her insurance and was told that they had. We ended up finding a different dentist who charged my wife $1,200 for the exact same thing. When we called New Horizons to cancel her appointment there, we were asked why we were canceling. We brought up the price and were told that they never ran her insurance and that she was being charged also for a surgical procedure. They wanted us to come back to them, but we won't be going there ever again. Lord knows who else they just neglected to actually run their insurance for. 😳

I highly recommend New Horizon Dental!!! I had a bad experience with a local dentist and called New Horizon Dental for a second opinion. They found infection in my bone that the other dentist had missed. I probably had it for several years and the infection did a lot of damage to my mouth. I'm 42 years old and was not excited about losing all my teeth. But Dr. Gross and the staff was very comforting and helped me see it was the best option for me. After taking antibiotics, Dr. Gross removed my teeth, cleaned out the infection, did bone grafting and set my posts for full mouth denture implants. After letting my gums heal and the posts set, I now have a brand new amazing smile!! I have dental anxiety, really bad!!! But the whole staff is amazing!!! Very compassionate!! I am very lucky and thankful to have gone to them for a second opinion!!! They have been very understanding, patient with me and the best you could ask for!!! I recommend not doing the implants in one day, like some places offer. Take the time and let you mouth heal properly. You will be glad you did, I promise!!! The wait is worth it and so it New Horizon Dental Care!!!

Extraordinary care from the time I arrive each time to walking with me to waiting at the completion of my visit they extend a warm pleasant atmosphere. My care is at foremost on their mind and efforts. Thru the years they have become extended family type friends. They spend whatever time I need to explain procedures and are sensitive to my needs during the visit. And if extra care on procedures need a follow up post business hours they have called in the past to verify my condition. They are good encouragers to promote me to take additional preventive care steps without making me feel pressured. Genuinely caring about my well being.

Emily who does all my preliminary work before one of dentists follows up is simply top notch and I would highly recommend her and of course anyone of the dentists there too.

Dr. Guy is a phenomenal dentist and educator. Just finished Dr. Guy's dental implant course and took away many meaningful pearls. The staff, doctors, nurses, hygienist, office staff, are all very kind and compassionate. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but if you have to go to a dentist I would recommend this office over any other office in Salina. They are truly wonderful people. I will not go anywhere else. Absolutely the best!

This visit was as nice as you can have going to a dentist. The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable in answering my questions. I had not been to a dentist in many years & they made me comfortable to where I wasn't nervous being there. I'm sure when I have to go back, I will be treated the same way and the work they do on my dentures will be good.

The folks at New Horizons Dental care are warm and friendly. They are very professional and good at educating their clients on how best to care for teeth. The caps and crowns that they have done for me over the past 30 years have never given me a minute of trouble. I recommend them!

I went in for myself and my 3 year old who was pretty nervous to get her teeth cleaned. They showed her each tool before using it to make her feel more comfortable with what they were doing, and took breaks when she needed them. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them and she was happy by the end. Would definitely recommend.

Needed to find a new dentist when I moved to Salina. This was the highest rated place in Salina, and I know why! VERY friendly and helpful staff! These folks are very thorough. I loved the way they laid out all the work I needed in easy to understand visits. After a serious operation, I was afraid of pain after the fact. I had absolutely no pain or issues! Not so nervous abouto my next visit! New Horizons is Fantastic!!!!

I walked to this office to get an exam about a broken filling.. The nurse claimed an exam would be over 100 dollars.. I asked for a price chart of the services that they offer and she claimed that they did not have a price chart.. I thought the price sounded ridiculous because an exam is only less than 20 minutes usually.. The Dentist office didn't have much information on the walls of the front room like most other offices I'd been to in other states.. She also claimed fillings were something around 400 per filling and had no proof of such claim.. I was not convinced to be a confident customer with this office.. A filling usually takes less than an hour and average prices I've payed in other states were 150-250 per filling..

April. Very good course. Great system, Dr G. covered a lot of details left out of other courses I have taken. I recommend it to any one who wants to be more efficient and productive placing implants.

I call there on call Doctor. I believe it was Dr. Guy Gross. I was in so much pain. I never got a call back. Needless to say, I won't be going there ever again and will be making phone calls to report this incident. If it seems like an emergency to your patient, then treat it like an emergency. Done with them.
