Their ramen is so good you'll want to touch yourself. It was well worth the hour wait to get in. The brisket bun was amazing as well. A++

I came here last night and it was not a great experience. We were sat at a table and because it was so pack we had to share the table with other. This is normally fine but there really wasn't enough space at the table for 6 people, it could really only sit 4 comfortably. Then when we sat, the waitress pushed the divider right in front of me, where my plate should be. I thought, no problem, we will just move it over a little when the food comes. She sat the others down and it was tight for them too. When we ordered our waitress was super impatient and brought everyones food out except for mine. I worked in food and I get its tough but it was rather unpleasant. The food was good but it wasn't worth the price in my opinion. The hibiscus iced tea was really good though. I probably won't come back here because I can find the same food and far better service elsewhere.

This place was really good, my group got the shrimp and brisket buns and the pear salad. Definitely eat here if you have the chance, but we waited on line for a few minutes and we came at 5:30 when they open for dinner so come early if possible; it was packed and hot. I will be coming back to try the other options.

This place was very nice. Brisket steamed bun! The pork and brisket we're on the fatty side (which I don't prefer) but it wasn't chewy because it was cooked right. The basil lemonade is amazing!!

i love this place! what a great change of pace for me. i am a pasta lover and this place is a dream come true for me. the atmosphere is great and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. i had the spicy cold noodle dish and it was delicious. the place is very clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. i would have given it four stars, except i wasn't impressed with the selection on the menu. it seemed like it was a short menu, but maybe it was the lunch menu i am not sure. also, we waited slightly longer than i thought we should have for the time of day we were there. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone, it is a refreshing change.

From the wait staff to the kitchen staff to the amazing food. This is the best Ramen I have had. The cleanest kitchen area I have ever seen.

Very popular ramen destination. We arrived about 20 minutes before opening and there was already a line. We were some of the lucky ones to be seated with no wait. Quick, effective service. The wait staff knows what they're doing and how to help you explore the menu. They are very attentive to any allergies and there are gluten free options! Great dining experience and delicious food!

Had the chicken pho. It was pretty good, but the reviews on here gave too high of an expectation. Noodles do not taste homemade, very little chicken (think I found 3 or 4 small pieces in it and flavorless) plus the broth was very weak. With an added egg it cost $19 per person for mediocre noodles. To be fair it was filling and tasted fine, but by the 4.7 stars I expected more. Also the waiter wasn't particularly nicea bit brash with his tone. There are better and more authentic noodle bars in NYC. Don't waste your money.

Very crowded restaurant known for their amazing noodles. The food lives up to the hype. I got the pork buns and a spicy noodle bowl. Cool atmosphere. Friendly service.

I have been waiting a long time to check out the Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York. The hype was worth it. I arrived on a Sunday evening after 8pm and was swiftly seated, despite expecting to wait about 30min.

The space is cozy, yet modern with beautiful wood work throughout. A small but delicious selection of beer, with a couple of delightful Japanese beers kicked off the night. I started with small bites, izakaya style, the potato salad was on point. For dinner I had the Ginger Scallion Noodles, but was definitely considering the daily special. The food was delicious, considered, and very much Japanese. The staff are helpful and very on top of the ball.

I will definitely go back in a heart beat.

I had the vegetation ramen. It was, 3/5, okay. Nothing outstanding, and was father underwhelming. It had flavor, but lacking in creativity. My friend got the regular ramen, and he said it was great. I'd come back to try another vegetarian dish.

Just say yes to everything on the menu. You won't be disappointed. Some of the best eats in the city. I love sitting at the bar and being able to watch the chefs work on their masterpieces.

Very standard pork ramen. Don't get me wrong, the flavors were good, but didn't pop. They were extremely busy, and we sat at the counter, watching the circus unfold. The extremely competent kitchen (and very clean) shot out food as fast as the orders came in.

That being said, unfortunately, it seems this place has fallen into the groove of those establishments caught up in their own hype. I wonder if Chang would have served us the meal we had

Quick service, really good and well done food. Quick eat and go spot unless they got a line going. There's a reason it's so popular.

My friend and I went to order take out, knowing exactly what we wanted to avoid the long wait since the dining in was too full at the time. At first we were informed it would be 5 minutes. The order was placed then they said 25 minutes. Understanding it was busy, we waited. The host catered to all of the other guest waiting who were dining in and never gave us a update. So after 35 minutes I went to figure out what was going on. Another host (who didn't take my order) was rude and disregarding the fact I was trying to explain that I had a small order and still hadn't received it. Telling me to "move out of the dining area" when there was a fairly large group of OTHER guest who also stood there waiting for a table to be a at at. Who weren't nagged to move and even got their drink orders. So after I went to find someone who was in charge, explaining the that I wait almost a hour for a small take out order, then the food just so happened to appear!! I politely asked for refund and his response was "so you don't want it now?" , trying to hand me the bag still! Honestly the wait, plus the service was just awful. Everyone was updated and catered but my friend and I.
