Ordered food online for delivery. After several phone calls and me notifying my husband that the restaurant had closed for the evening our delivery arrived 2 hours after placing the order. Delivery driver hands husband the food and quickly walks away. My husband comes in and starts unpackaging and checking everything and finds out that they left out my entire order. We called atleast 6 times and someone finally answered. My husband explained the situation and the guy said he would have to contact delivery driver. Well as you can probably guess delivery driver didn't have anything in his car. This is now after 10:15pm, my husband proceeded to ask for a refund instead of waiting for more food to be prepared and delivered. The manager named Bradley said they don't offer refunds. We asked to speak to someone over him about the situation and he said the only person over him is the owner and is never there and lives out of state. Bradley never apologized or tried to do the right thing for the customer. Bradley offered us an egiftcard to be used on a later purchase. We will not be returning. We use to love this place and everytime we have ate there lately it gets worse. We kept giving them a shot but this is over the top. Food we did receive was luke warm at best. Customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the dozens of other Mexican restaurants in town.

Boyfriend and I just went the staff is very friendly, and the food was delicious! we will definitely return. Thanks guys for the yummy food. :)

Mediocre Mexican restaurant. Certainly nothing "wrong" with it. Staff were friendly. Food was very bland in my opinion. But it wasn't terrible by any means. They no longer serve alcohol either for those of you looking to have a drink with your meal. Seems like a fairly clean restaurant as well. I just wasn't enamored with the food anymore. I used to truly love to come to this place, but unfortunately the new ownership seems to be struggling to keep the same standards the previous owner had.

Understaffed. Slow service. One server when I went. Othere customers sat about 10 minutes after we got here to get their food and they were here before us. They don't serve alcohol like they used to. Something to do with landlord problems the server mentioned. This place is going downhill

This is an absolutely fine restaurant. The service is acceptable and speedy, and the facilities are clean and accommodating. If you're looking for some Mexican food, this is a safe choice.

Only reason not giving 5 stars last visit was great service. But never had that happen before. Food was still excellent though. Amazingly good food here..

Food was good. The staff was friendly, especially the host who was very respectful and helpful. The service was really slow though and needs improvement. Clearly a family run business.

Wish I could give it less than one. All I wanted was cheese dip. Took 30 minutes. Asked for a refill. Never got it. Asked for the check never got it. Walked up paid for what I got without a receipt and left. Never again

My son his wife and son,wanted to take us ( me and his wife's mom) out for a Mother's Day gift, after we had been sitting awhile we re-requested the cheese dip when the waitress decide to take out her frustration on us, by says she was the only one working, she had others to help and we would just have to learn to dealthen she proceeded to tell her management we were being rude to her, then to make matters worse a group of 6 to 8 came in sat 3 tables up from us and she made it a point to tell them we were being bitches to hermy daughter n law heard her. So we left before we got any food so dont know if food is good or bad but the service was not professional at allwill never return

I am very dissatitsfied. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. It is NOT TRUE MEXICAN food. the watress did not keep us up on or drink. ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THE CHIPS and CHEESE dip and the SALSA for the chips

The food was was not awesome. I had burrito with beef it looked and tasted like it came from dog food can. The waitress was not attentive to anything needed at table. Will not return.
