Saved me around $1000 in expenses originally quoted by another shop in Kingsport by being extremely honest in letting me know that many of those things were in fact not needed. The labor may not be the cheapest in the area, but the honesty and quality of work are guaranteed. These people are not here for the money / to rip people off, like the majority of autoshops.

Better get a written estimate because they charged me almost double at the cash register than what they quoted. I was told a 4 wheel alignment on a HHR would be $69.95 and they charged me $120 and acted as if I was wrong.

I would highly recommend any OTHER shop. I specifically asked them to install control arm bushings and check out front end and give me a courtesy call.. I had to get a ride to drop off my truck. Borrow a car to drive to work. Missed 4 hrs work to get this done tried calling multiple times with no answer finally at 3 o'clock someone answered to tell me they had done nothing to my truck and NO COURTESY CALL! I'M SO PISSED! I would not give them one star after this! But I had to so I could let consumers know what terrible service I recieved!

I have done buisness with yankee bee line for years, & have recieved quality work at a fair price. After returning home from my most recent visit I had a minor issue, that I was able to fix myself. I called the owner to notify him of the problem. He took my call very seriously, and was very polite & professional.

Honest and fair. Prices reasonable. Have taken two of my vehicles there and would take any of them back without question. Knowledgeable and doesn't try to question your knowledge. I'm not easily impressed by mechanics simply because most think because I'm female, I know nothing of cars. After talking to them, they not only understood my expertise but talked to me on my level. Would definitely be back.

Paid for an alignment, went to get new tires put on and tire shop stated my vehicle did not look as though any work had been done. Went to another shop who showed it was completely out of alignment. These steps were taken as this was not the first time I've had suspicions about the quality of Yankee's work. Will not be back.
