Great Place to get your "Authentic" Deliciously prepared "Cuban Fix" Cuisine and Tapas all in one place!
The food selection is great and moderately priced, but the quality and taste is amazing.
Also a great place to bring a group of friends and enjoy Mojitos and share some tapas.
Was just here tonight with 6 others and we had an amazing time!

PS, the Rice and Beans recipe is spot on.. It's not Jazmine long grain rice and it's not canned bean soup! Made from scratch! I'm from Miami, so this is the closest I've had!response / report this review -

Great small dishes to share or enjoy yourself, or choose a sandwich or meal for lunch. Personal love the vegetarian choices, especially the sandwich. Also a personal favorite, the mojito! Goes with any meal.

I have to give this a 4 star because it doesn't seem like the beef was cooked right or was the right beef.
Food/Price: price is not bad, certain dishes are good others not so good.
Service: I feel like the service I get is so so. Sometimes I get water in a timely manner other times not so much. The waiter's expressions doesn't seem very friendly.response / report this review -

I was there in mid-afternoon on a Saturday, with my wife and two friends. Service was very pleasant, but not particularly fast. Menu items are prepared to order, so you should go to a burger joint if speed is important. The wait after ordering is well worth the time, because the results are delicious. I had the omelette sandwich, which came on a large, toasted bin , and was scrumptious. The side salad and black bean soup, one of which comes with the sandwich, were terrific. We had the guacamole appetizer, which comes with plantain chips, and we all greatly enjoyed it. Prices are very reasonable for such high quality food. Mojito has an excellent and unusual mixed drink menu. Wine and beer selections are o.k, not comparable to the food and drink choices.

Amazing food, each plate is delicious, I recommend 2 to 3 a person. Empanadas are amazing, tabla de chimichurri is amazing, like some of the best steak ever. I haven't had a bad dish yet and don't think I ever will. I love this place (just moved to ky a year ago and have been amazed by all the local food, but Mojito tapas is my favorite restaurant.

The food is fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant to not only tourists, but locals as well. This restaurant definitely contributes to Louisville's reputation of having quality and variety when it comes to food choices. Shop, eat and support local!!!

Always was, and still is, the best restaurant in New York, and maybe the best restaurant experience in the world. Food is sublime, creative but still looking and tasting like what it is. No foam, no fads, just pure pleasure.

I've been going to Jack Fry's for probably 20 years, and it really is an all time classic of Louisville dining. You go here for steady favorites, not inventive modern cooking. That said, it executes very well. More classic than hip. Great place for couples.
