Bought a used truck. Was able to agree on a reasonable price. They also offered lifetime free oil changes even on the used vehicle. The salesman, Roderick, was a really nice guy to deal with. He had to hustle a little bit, which I understand, but it wasn't a super high pressure sell and I appreciate that. Seems like a pretty laid back dealership. Worth checking out for sure.

I had a great experience working with Mitchell Nissan, specifically Mr. Ted Thompson. Before, I visited many other dealerships and spoke with many other sales representatives, but my experience with Mitchell Nissan and Mr. Ted is the best by far. He provided me with great service and worked to find me the best deal for what I wanted. I highly recommend Mitchell Nissan in Enterprise, Al. to anyone in the market for an automobile. I was pleased with the patience, care and attention given to me through the process of the purchase of my Nissan Murano. All of the staff treated my husband and I with the kindness and concern. Meredith Macias was relentless in helping us to find the vehicle and price I could be satisfied with. Meredith was also very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. Meredith and Cody(aka Fish) are absolutely incredible! I highly recommend going to talk with them about your next Nissan. Everyone in the entire dealership were extremely friendly and helpful, not to mention the way they treat military. Wrote a good review on this dealership, now I need to revise it clearly. Went to the dealership knowing we probably wouldn’t get approved due to past things. After a few hours there, they said they were waiting to hear back from a bank and allowed me to go home. Brad said he’d contact me as soon as he knew, after a few hours I text him asking if he’d heard anything and he hadn’t. Said he’d get back to me first thing this morning, Nov. 2,2017 6:00 in the evening comes around I still haven’t heard one word for him. I understand people get busy, I simply don’t believe he couldn’t make time to tell us that we didn’t get approved. Very poor customer service. When he thought we had a shot at buying the car, he was very nice and attentive, I guess once he found out we weren’t approved he decided he wouldn’t waste his time letting us know. When we are able to buy a car, we won’t be going to them.

I have bought multiple cars from Mitchell Nissan in Enterprise AL. The salesman always are nice and they help you if they can. One salesman stands out he sold me my last two cars that me and my wife love. Every time that we go in for a oil change or anything he takes time to ask how we are doing and ask about our vehicles. To me that means a lot when a sales person remembers you and takes a moment of there time to let you know that they remember you and that they care about the customer. I have dealt with a lot of salesman and a lot of them walk by you like they never met you before. So I just want to thank you for that Cody Carey.
