Asked many questions of the business over the years and they never seem to know what I'm talking about. I am usually asking if they'd be able to order something, but the most common answer is, "I don't know of anything like that" I ask them if they can order something with the knowledge that it exists already the least they can do is look it up on google.

I try and stick to getting things through local businesses, but when they are just too lazy to care, there is no sense in supporting them.

I took my iPhone here for repair. The screen was black, but all functions still remained. I could make and receive phone calls so long as I was connected to a Bluetooth device. It received text messages, made sounds, talked to Siri, etc. when I picked up my phone, it didn't work at all. The screen was now cracked and chipped, and did not function. I could not make Siri come on.after speaking with the manager, which got me no where, she guaranteed my phone would still function as before. It did not. All I got was "there's no charge today," I would hope not as the business put my phone into a worse condition than when they received it. I had to purchase a new phone and getting my old one repaired now isn't even worth the cost, I can't resell it or anything. I have an ugly paperweightvery dissatisfied. Will not ever bring my business to them again, nor will I give a recommendation to anyone I know. I will gladly tell all to avoid this business for iPhone repair.

Awful. They cracked my screen even worse and left the phone completely inoperable. Then followed it up with, "well, there's no charge". Really? No apology, no offer to assist further- just an "oh well" attitude. Take your broken phones elsewhere.

They where very nice but it took months to get my laptop and only had it a month before it crashed again when I tool it to geek squad they showed me where they did not put my laptop back together properly. I was charged 300 dollars and all the time they worked on it I would call and they usually had no idea what was going on with it cause they only have one tech that knows what they're doing.
