Do you ever get a calzone that just doesn't quite reach your expectations for how good it could have been? Theirs will change that. It's the ultimate metric for a calzone in my opinion. The bread is not overbearing but thin, crispy and seasoned and it contains lots of cheese, sauce and toppings! Great hoagies and pizza too with a nice local craft beer selection. Mio's rocks!

We stopped in for lunch and ordered a calzone. When it arrived at our table it looked delicious. After eating a few bites we realized they made it with onions instead of sausage. We informed our waitress who immediately wanted to resolve the problem. It was delicious without the sausage and we said we would eat it as served but she insisted they make it right and made us another to take home on the house. In addition, they gave us a discount on top of it! This is what I call top notch customer service and is the reason we will drive out of our way to go back there again. Plus, their calzone ranks up there as one of the best I've ever had and I can tell you I've eaten a many across many states over the years. Outstanding job Mio's!

Mio's has excellent deep dish pizza considering they're not based out of Chicago. The Madisonville/Mariemont location is very clean, well-kept, and cute location. The staff is friendly.

my favorite pizza ever. I am from Cincinnati and when I used to live here, this is the only pizza I ever wanted. I have yet to find a place to even compare to Mio's. I love you guys

This place is small but what it lacks in space they make up for in service. Attentive and fast. Food was delicious as always and our server was helpful in making our appetizer selection.

I came here for lunch and dinner many many times and have always received great/ quick service. I like the decor, it looks like you're sitting outside. It is a nice quaint restaurant that is right across the street from the Mariemont Inn, if you're staying there this is a must try. They have great pizza, great calzones, great salads. As an added plus, if you have kids they have paper on the table for them to draw on!
