  With a friend for lunch on her birthday. Quiet restaurant and pleasant server. I ordered the standard Eggs Benedict as that is a favorite. It comes in several varieties. It was very good and sauce was wonderful. My friend had a generous portion of French Onion soup which she enjoyed.
  The restrooms are cared for and stocked. There is plenty off street parking, and a lovely cactus garden with singing birds in front. A very pleasant time.

  My mushroom burger was just so-so. No real flavor or taste extravaganza. Our server was attentive enough...but not especially friendly.

  We got take out, pot roast. It was excellent. The bartender who took our order was pleasant and she packed the order up nicely so nothing would spill. It came with nice fresh bread too. Got the petite creme brulee cheesecake. When they say petite they mean petite! It was a small square! But tasty!

  5 stars for the management of pick-up. The web site was a bit cumbersome for me and he not only verified and fixed the order on the spot with a smile, but he also made a point to say he appreciated feedback on the site.
  
  That's a guy that loves his job and helps others who work there give us a great relationship with those who fix our food for us.

  This review is for their service. My girlfriend and I came here for brunch, our waitress was rude and it took literally 20 minutes to bring out our 2 Mimosas!!! 20 Minutes!!!! And this was after asking her to check on them twice. Then the manager comes over and unwittingly asks "how are the mimosas?" I said well they are good other than they took 20 minutes to come out. He asked if he could give us a free muffin to make up for it. I said no, how about a second round of mimosas. He told me "Well i cant do that." And walked away!!! Terrible service!!!!

  We are from Chicago, and this is the modest amazing breakfast place we've ever been to for pancakes.... and service. We literally asked the server for the ingredients for their pancakes and he actually brought out the mix for us to take a picture.

  We went for a paint night and had a great time. The appetizers we got were deliscious and the drinks were tasty! The service was great in the event. Would do again!!

  Small portions, plates are to large, under seasoned food, service is not bad I probably would not recommend it unless going for desserts.

  Food was very good. Esp. Onion soup. Getting our lunch was slow.
  Loved the ambience. I gave it four stars because it too long to get our food.

  Breakfast was phenomenal. The breakfast taco and crepes were wonderful.best pancakes ever!!! And mango mimosa and bloody Mary...fabulous!!! Had dessert as well and the cinnamon roll, strawberry short cake and birthday cake were very good too....can't go wrong here!

  I have been a customer of Mimi's for more than a decade and I must say their customer service always amazes me. They definitely go the extra mile to help you satisfy your taste buds. If you ever stop by this location on Tatum, you should request Monse as your server, she will make sure you get world class customer service. Definitely will be coming back.
