Wish I would've come to Nissan of Venice first. The customer service provided not only by Alex but the entire team at Nissan of Venice is unparalleled! If you are looking for a car and want full transparency and no games, go to this dealership. Very friendly people. Great, no hassle experience. I would highly recommend them.

A very good team working in the service department who go out of their way to help and solve issues. See Chris. Great Service advisor. Any time they have your car tied up, they take care of you with a free rental car. Decent guys at a good dealership

Everyone encountered was knowledgeable, courteous. Thorough service. My only wish would be to also vacuum car with free car wash !! A clean exterior with dirty floor mats is an easy fix and would put a smile on a customers face Try it.. 😎

I can't thank Alex enough for the exceptional service in buying a vehicle and no pressure salesmanship along with the owner also. I enjoyed my experience in buying on my own and Alex listened to what I wanted and explained everything I needed to know.
This is my second car fron Venice Nissan . I only get my SUV service there and Chris makes sure it is in top maintenance care . All in all I rate this dealership top rating in helping a customer get the vehicle they want and they make the best deal around.

I am SOOO unhappy with Nissan of Venice they have done nothing but play games with me . I bought a 2011 Chevy Impala with 79,000 miles on September 2nd of last year and the original salesman played games he couldn't look up the Carfax before I bought it because he said my VIN wasn't matching up and then his computer froze. And he also lied to me saying It would come with a 1 year warranty so when i went to finalize the deal there was no warranty the salesman was let go because of the whole mess , and i finally got the carfax on september 19th , 17 days after i signed all the paperwork and found out it had been a rental car in NYC for 3 years before someone drove it to Florida and Nissan bought it at an auction .I owe $11,000 on it but have made every payment on time and done all the proper repairs to it but last week my engine seized up I returned to Nissan to talk with them about maybe making things right because of what happened to me but every one that was there last year is gone (Fired) for shady business they told me and since " They are all different " And would never scam or lie to anyone like there previous employees I sat down with them with very high hopes that they would help me out and try to make things right and come up with something but after spending the day there the sales manager comes over to me and tells me he can get me into a 2016 Altima for $850 a month , I'm actually renting one now so I can keep my job and I pay $30 a day which comes out to $840 a month so I'd be better off just keeping the rental than going back to them . The price it's going to cost to put in this engine is crazy I just wish I never stepped foot in Nissan of Venice But we learn from our mistakes!!

Wonderful! My sales man Thomas is excellent in his field. Three Managers introduced their self to me as I sat discussing my vehicle of interest with Thomas. They may me feel "at home" and treated me with respect. With prior disappointment and treated badly at another Nissan dealer, frightened and afraid to speak with another sales man, they came thru for me. They are the best in my opinion. Everything was amazing!!! Tom was and is an outstanding salesman!! Very friendly and personable. Was truly concerned with my needs and wanted to make sure he met all my needs in what I wanted in a new car. I would recommend anyone looking for a car, and if it happens to be a Nissan, please go to Nissan of Venice and ask for Tom, you will not be disappointed!!! We also came in contact with Melissa (Finance) and Julio (Manager). Both were outstanding!!! Great people working at Nissan of Venice!!!

The body shope did an excellent job right on time and extremely professional Andrew runs a tight ship and should be congratulated. On the other your enterprise rep is the exact opposite the vehicle was a filfy mess and I had to spend 2hrs cleaning it after picking it up. Thanks to Nissan a first class operation PHT
