They have trouble getting product.

I went to your location on 10114 SE Division street in Portland two days ago, around 3pm. I was looking for paint samples. The old man at the front counter was so rude! All he said was, "we don't do that! It's company wide." I've bought paint supplies and paint at this location before and never had any issues. He never said sorry about that or anything. I told the associate that he was rude and needed to learn good customer service. This associate isn't a good representation of your company. If I wanted to be treated poorly I would do business with Homedepot. I reached out to corporate but haven't heard anything yet. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and treating customers like that isn't acceptable!

Unfortunately the customer service was not what we are used to from miller paint. Went to our old miller paint in the Hollywood district and they were exceptional.

They have great customer service, and although the paint is high end in terms of price, you do get what you pay for.

Great customer service! I had went around from Home Depot and ace hardware to find a certain base for my back deck. They were the most informative and helpful with understanding what I needed to be done.
Forgot the gentleman name but he even carried the paint to the car for me!
