I am always impressed by how quickly CHP responds to maintenance requests! Juan Ruiz is terrific, as are all the wonderful staff.

Hector came to my apartment to repair a malfunctioning window shade within ten minutes of hearing that I had a problem. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair carefully. He's a very knowledgeable and courteous person.

I love that Mac properties has a maintenance system in place. It makes it so easy to put in a request and get some help with the apartment in a timely manner. Also, Stefan is great! He's the handyman for my building, and he's always so helpful and respectful of my space. Highly recommend him!
