  I've never been 100% satisfied with any service I have received UNTIL TODAY! GOTHAM MOVING SYSTEMS is literally the smartest decision I made as far as trusting a company with my entire life. I was going to hire them when I moved out of my 1st house to an apartment in the city, but I went with piece of cake moving because I saw their trucks everywhere and it was a huge mistake. They were inexperienced and ruined my bed and lied about it. Well, I had to move again after I found out I was pregnant and these guys moved my entire life to a storage area and made a small stop at my parents' house and I could not be happier. My partner was not able to be there with me that day and I was alone and they were just so polite and respectful and they made a point of introducing themselves to me individually. My mom even said she thought they were all exceptionally kind polite.Their energy was so friendly and kind. Their names were Zack, William, Nick, and their driver was named Travis, whom also helped moved a few things. ERIC, the amazingly relatable owner and founder of the company who answers the phone and books your appointment, is the best. He is amazing too. He makes you feel like his company is unmatched, and he would be 100% correct. You immediately know just by his manner over the phone that you are in great hands. I cannot stress enough PLEASE JUST HIRE THEM AND DO THE RIGHT THING FOR YOUR LIFE-MOVE TODAY! THESE ARE THEEEE ONLY GUYS YOU SHOULD HAVE MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS! IT IS SOME OF THE BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT AND I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM SAYING GOODBYE TO IT. I also tipped them each $100, all 4 of them, and was ABSOLUTELY HAPPY TO DO IT. LIKE I WANTED THEM TO HAVE IT! And I hate spending money. I don't know what else I can say. Just literally was the smoothest and safest experience I have had in a while. And when I buy my 2nd house I want the same dudes to move the stuff right out of my storage area into it. I'm definitely hiring them again in the next coming year. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

  My wife and I were moving from Queens NY, to Hartford CT and this was the first time either of us used a moving company. Both of us have heard horror stories from friends and family and we were very nervous, however Gotham was professional and thorough. The moving coordination was done through Eric who was professional and great to work with over the phone, they sent Edward over to do an in person estimate (NO OTHER COMPANY RPOVIDED THIS SERVICE, QUOTES WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE). Edward assured us that we would be taken care of and that the price provided would likely not be exceeded based on what he saw. Gotham was not the cheapest, but they did give us a level of comfort that others absolutely did not.
  
  Day of the move, the crew was promo and on time. The foreman did a walkthrough with us, and put a plan together. The crew acted in a professional manner the entire time, and handled everything with good care.
  
  The move was completed in a timely fashion with NO damage to any items or property.
  
  Definitely hire these guys, and when comparing quotes to other companies, really look closely at the ASSUMPTIONS made by the other companies.
