Worst ever. Get an Uber. Never on time, prices too high, and sometimes they won't even show up. I hope Uber and Lyft put you out of business.

Based on the glowing reviews this service received, I chose to go with them over several others. In hindsight, bad decision.
I made arrangements to take my wife to RDU from Spring Lake 2 days in advance. Her flight was in mid-morning, with her needing to be at the airport before 8am. I left it to them to tell me when they would pick her up and was told 6am. Got it.
Day of travel, called the driver 20 minutes prior to give him the code to the gate. He says he is near and know where he's going. 6am, no taxi. Wife finally gets a hold of the driver at 6:20, says he's 4 miles away. 6:40 he arrives. No explanation and apparently no apologies. My wife tells him he's late; he shot back that "your husband said you needed to be there at 8am". WTF, you told you'd be there are 6ambe there at 6am. Long story short, wife misses her flight
Car was also filthy and had no working seat belts in the back. 40 minutes late, missed flight, charged her $166, and you didn't even have the decency to help a pregnant woman get her luggage out of the car. I'd give you zero stars if it allowed. Walk, ride a bike, hitch-hikedon't use this shuttle. Owner will probably claim we didn't hire him.response / report this review -

Great service, the driver helped me load and unload my luggage (I'm 70). My fare was very reasonable. I will use this taxi company again!
