Could use some maintenance with the roof. The Bon Ton, although closing, has moldy and stained ceiling tiles and the mall has a few here and there. Otherwise a generally nice mall with plenty of stores to shop. Just got a new anchor and is looking for more.

Rural King new shop in town, went in where old Hills store used to be. I've heard there is clothing, chicks ( the little yellow fluffy kind) 😁, lawn tractors and many things in between. All in all, whole mall has a great indoor walking area, cool stores, good eats, & a theater too.

One of the only malls left that has more open store fronts than vacancies. It's very well kept, lots of stores I'm interested in, and ample parking.

I really enjoy this smaller shoping center. Great stores and a nice food court. Never been there when it's crowded. Give it a try.

A great place for shopping. Clean restrooms. Unfortunately many shops have closed and some store fronts are empty but the mall management does keep it clean. Also a Rural King has opened up in the old Gander Mountain building. Parking lot could use some repairs but very nice mall with some nice restaurants.

The mall is old and it shows it. Security performs maintenance and its kind of obvious. The same roof leaks have been here since I can remember. Causing them to close certain doors during rains. Buckets sit on the floor catching the drips. Often times the temperature inside the mall doesn't fit the weather. Cold outside cold inside hot outside, you get the point. I asked a store why this was and they informed me security was responsible for controlling the air, then they shook their head and rolled their eyes. LoL. It needs work on not only the physical mall but their procedures and routines as well. Having said all this, malls are dying and soon we will have none. So at least they are trying. Something not too easy with dwindling sales and monies pouring into amazon and online retailers.

Plenty of parking. Generally can get in and out very easily. Lots of open indoor space. Great for shopping with children.

This is a very nice mall. It's never very crowded, the selection of stores is vast, and it's clean and very well maintained for a place that has somewhat fallen by the wayside.

This place is okay. Most of the stores are closed down, and if not, are actively closing down. Although, there are still some places worth checking out and finding good deals on. Definitely worth visiting!

Mall is now under new management, so hopefully they can do better. Loads of vacant store fronts and the store variety is poor. Eight places to buy the same shirt at relatively the same price. Retail companies seem to treat their stores here as either clearance/outlet locations where prices have been marked back up to full price than artificially marked back down under a promo percent off codes, which actually makes them more expensive than the same clearance merchandize at a regular store; or as third or fourth tier low volume locations. This simply means less variety, more basic, lower quality selections, less investment in store up keep and presentation, and way, way, less payroll. So, prepare to search for and wait for employees to help. Its amazing the difference between here and the retail areas in Wheeling, West Virginia, just 15 miles away. The demographics are all the same there, except perhaps the average income is a bit lower, but the retailers there have made their stores show pieces and destination stops for people in the surrounding area.
