In from Texas for NCAA event at Sprint Center and Convention Center. Mildred’s was just a short 5-8 min walk from the convention center hotels. Fun place with awesome breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. Great and lively atmosphere that beats the generic Starbucks experience.

I want to thank Evan for taking very good care of me. The parfait I ordered was delicious, bacon was on the money, and my 1st strong ass espresso to get my day going!!! Beyond pleased, will definitely be visiting again.

I am actually addicted to their Standard BRK sandwich Eggs so fluffy
And I can't say enough about their service. I am endlessly impressed by the friendliness + professionalism, speed and consistency. Highly recommended for breakfast, especially with so few options nearby.response / report this review -

Very cozy place with a nice vibe. Food was excellent as was the coffee. Enjoyed my breakfast surrounded by art students and old men reading books. Was amazing!

Great breakfast and very tasty coffee. The service is one of the best I've ever had even when they have a rush happening. Great selection of pastries. Make sure to call ahead if you want a quiche. They always have lots of cooked bacon.

This place lives up to all the positive vibes I have been getting. The food is solid and has good healthy options. The cappuccino is especially good, and the cold brew is very good as well. The wraps are made with fresh ingredients and you can tell.

Best breakfast sandwiches ever. I highly recommend the bacon it is out of this world. I also enjoyed the service and the tea latte. If you want good food and great service this place is for you.

Rarely rate anything, but I love Mildred's. If you are lucky to get there on biscuits and gravy day - get it! Straight black coffee is on point as well.

Overall good stay, hotel located in convenient place close to shopping area and other landmarks but still quiet. Decent price. Room is well sized and clean. Front desk and other staff members were friendly. However breakfast can be improved to have more varieties and can be open for bit long time.

LOVE this place! The baristas know me by name and always greet me with a friendly welcome and inquire about my day. Coffee and food is always delicious and the environment is perfect for working on my laptop, having a mid-day meeting or just grabbing some quick coffee with friends. Definitely recommend.
