Cute clothes and accessories. Bathrooms good use cleaning and updating. I prefer the location on Shelbyville rd.

Went to finish our Christmas shopping. They still have a nice selection available & we found the 2 items we were looking for. It was definitely crowded, plus we were there at lunchtime, so the checkout line was moving slow. I appreciate the fact that they use 1 line for all registers so the true next customer gets waited on instead of trying to pick which lane is moving the fastest. I must say I also use their website. You can still use all the discounts just like the in-store process. When you have a style or fit that you like, I have found that the website not only carries that same product but a lot of times there will be multiple colors or patterns to choose from that aren't carried in the store. Nice surprise. And, it's very simple to pick it up at the customer service desk. No shipping fees.

great selection of bras, underwear, shoes, makeup, purses, bags, clothing for women, plus size, men’s, boys, girls, babies, and toys. overall great place and nice staff!!

I shop here when I need to get some clothing and similar items. I usually find good value at Kohls. The parking here is pretty good but a little tight for RVs.

Clean store but the shoe department seemed disorganized. There were shoes in the wrong spots and there wasn't a wide selection of sizes. The shoe prices were good but they needed better organizing.

I like the Khols over by the Walmart in Highview better. A lot more clearance items and a little better lay out.. It's almost as if the Highview store is a little bigger.

Bought 2 9' pool umbrellas. Went to put them up & one was somebody's very used umbrella, that was obviously returned after keeping the new one. No quality control in returns. Manager started to make an excuse, but I shut her down. There is no excuse for not ensuring a return is original product in good condition.
I will say this was my first bad experience at Kohl's. Overall we are usually very happy with the product quality & selection.response / report this review -

Everything was neat & orderly. The displays were all put together well, allowing customers to see the products & prices clearly. The checkout clerk was nice & pleasant.

Not real impressed with this Kohls. I wanted some socks, an easy thing, and online it said the store had 18 pair of what I wanted. Went there.nothing. Asked someone where they were and they checked for me. Yes, we have 18 pair, no we don't know where they are. Sorry sir.

So, I love Kohls and I have never had a bad experience there until today at this location. I found all my items and went to checkout, the lady checking me out (Cathy) started grabbing my items and scanning them. I then asked her if my Kohls cash was actually on my account or if she needs a physical copy of the cash; she then proceeded to be rude to me and treated me like I was stupid as she was also yelling at her co-worker in a rude tone of voice to stop pointing her laser towards her. I then asked her if she could scan the Kohls cash on my phone, and with a rude look on her face; she said "I don't know, can you?" she was so rude and treated me like I was stupid. I usually love coming to Kohls and have never had any problems at this location, but moral of the story don't go to Cathy

Overall great selection of clothes for our kids, but a bit more than I'd like to spend when they will only be able to wear them for less than a year. It's worth checking out when they have sales/clearance.
