I just bought an older Subaru for my daughter from Mike's after my mechanic recommended going there. I was nervous buying an older used car, but as Mike said, he hasn't been in business for over 20 years because he's a crook. I told him I was going to have my mechanic look the car over after I purchased it and asked if he would honor any possible repairs my mechanic found, and he said to let him know what/if anything turned up. My mechanic found a few things. I relayed the things to Brady, Mike’s son, who said to bring the car in. Mike made the repairs and better yet, replaced parts he could have patched, with new ones. I had a good experience with Mike and Brady, and would buy another car from Mike’s Import.
I purchased a 2008 Saab from Mike for my son's first vehicle. Unfortunately I shared the same experience as some others after the purchase. When we brought the car home we noticed that the fuel gauge was on empty, when the night before it was on full. The next day we filled it up and the car still showed as empty. I called Mike and he said he would split the cost with me to get it fixed. He told me to go to Focus Automotive for the repair as they could not do that job in his shop. When at Focus, the identified the vehicle needed a new water pump and a laundry listof other repairs costing over $1700. When I tried to recoup some of this cost from Mike he was unwilling and only paid $120 for 1/2 the cost of the sensor.
He claims he wouldn't pay because these were not safety issues?? and that he should have been consulted. He was the one who sent me to another repair shop and his was negligent in finding the issues prior to the sale. I tried multiple times to remedy with him, so unfortunately it ends up in this review and complaint to the BBB
This was absolutely the best car buying experience we've ever had. Great attention to detail. Mike was very professional and easy to work with. Fair and honest. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased with my experience at Mike's Imports. I had been looking for a vehicle with my son for 3 weeks and the service that we received from Mike and Brody was exceptional. I highly recommend Mike's Import Auto Sales to anyone looking for a quality used car. I will definitely come back again for my next vehicle purchase.
What a wonderful, family owned business. Honest, accomodating, and helpful through the entire process of purchasing a car. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. We LOVE our car! And with 16 month inspection sticker and temp plates. Drives beautifully and is everything they said it would be. I look forward to business with them the next time we need a car!
Just a short note to thank Mike and his son. I just bought a car from them and it is without hesitation of any type that I will recommend others to Mike’s Import Auto Sales dealership. Thanks again for all the help.

What quality service!! Mike is very knowledgeable and humble.. with a nice selection of used cars :) we love our new car! ~Thank you~
We are first time customers and I have to say that Mike & his son were so helpful. They helped my daughter find her 1st car and within her budget. They let us have our mechanic inspect the vehicle and when the first car did not work out for her because of the Bank; Mike went out of his way to help her get the right fit car. His son was so pleasant and helpful when we test drove the car. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

I been doing business with Mike's Imports since they started. I've bought at least ten cars from them and sent many referrals as well. Mike is a stand up guy that is true to his word. Give them a try, you'll be very glad you did.
Mike was a great guy, took good care of my wife and I during the process; held onto a car for me and even worked on the price a little. All was good and we were extremely satisfied customers. THENOnce he got the cash it became another story. Engine runs hot, Steering squeals, Fluid of some kind is leaking on the right front side by the inside of the front tire. Brakes screech, and when you step on the brakes it feels liken the front wheels are going to wobble right on the axle. All within the first 1,000 miles. All at oncecoincidence I think not. My wife called for help and was told they were too busy and was referred to someone else. Wrong answer, especially after my wife spoke highly of and trusted them. To me it feels like someone did a band-aid job on the car to get it to last another 1,000 miles. Now trying to find a good foreign car mechanic between Bedford an Nashua that I can trust to give me the straight scoop on these issues.
