The place is small as others said, but it was the only one available near the concert, and gunstock was full. The owner was nice, but he works, so there is no one in the office during the day, have to contact him by phone. The other residents staying there were helpful, nice and very quiet, I slept well. If Gunstock is full next year, I would stay there again.

My husband and I needed to find a r.v campground quick!we came across edge woods being close to the concert we were attending! Reasonable prices, spacious site and very quiet. "John the owner was very up beat and welcoming! Offered myself and 3 others a ride to the concert! One of my friends with me was handicap, he was very helpful with helping him out of the car! Offers to pick us up if my friend was to tired from walking! You be surprised with how many people these days show no respect to the handicap! Anyways, after reading the reviews of people's negativity still didn't make me judge until I at least gave it a shot, and honestly I was satisfied. Unsatisfied "yuppies" who expect everything and everyone to be at their standards can't stand anything less then they expect/want! I'm sure they were nice to your face and had nothing to say until they get behind the computer." Keyboard warrior". :) my husband and I were happy and satisfied and now know where to go with our r.v being close to events/concerts in the future. Thank you John!!!!!!!!

It was very dirty no hot water to take showers in a trailer. There is no pool no privacy. This place should be shut down. I had to clean beer cans and trash when we got there it was nasty. Do not go to this place. It is gross could not wait to leave. You are better off to find another campground.

We paid months ago, pulled up to someone's house and there were RVs in a backyard! We called to see where to park our rig and he never even called us back!!! We had to find another camp which was fantastic (Gunstock)!! This guy has yet to return our call or our money. Do not use !!

This is not the campground the site leads you to believe. Small, dirty, crowded, and sleazy. We reserved a spot for our motorhome because it was close to the concert venue and website mentioned a shuttle. We arrived and where squeezed in between two seasonal trailers and the hook-ups had to be shared. The only way we got power was plugging into an adjacent trailer. Then found out the "shuttle" cost $8/per person. The "bathrooms" consisted of one old RV that had been confiscated for non-payment (sign said so right on the front of it). The one bathroom was shared by the entire campground. Avoid this place, I will never be back.
