Staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable in the service department. This is my choice for service from now on. If you've got to trust your car to a service depot., these are the people you want to deal with. I took my car in for a recall, and they were very helpful.

The service staff was great! They delivered our vehicle down the street to the detail shop for us, after they were finished. On top of that they gave us a new license plate frame to replace our 12 year old tarnished Raisor Auto Group license plate frame. A small thing but was very much appreciated!

30K service and right-rear tail light replaced under warranty from a broke seal causing moisture to collect. Denali was washed for free as well great dealership and great service!

Wow! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like royalty! Everyone was so friendly and my advisor was the bee's knees, I think when God made him He broke the mold, wow! From start to finish everything went as smooth as silk and I couldn't of asked for a better experience! I will refer ALL of my friends and family and continue to bring all of my vehicles to Mike Raisor's for all of eternity! Thank you so much!!

Brought in my 2013 Sierra 1500 to have a dome light repaired and a head lamp replaced. Jeremy Phillips took great care of me. I would recommend this service shop to anyone in need.

We feel very fortunate to have been recommended and helped by Chris Randolph. He knew our car completely and was very articulate in explaining everything about it to us. Your dealership seems to have a team that is not "pushy" but is very thorough in making sure all questions are answered in a polite way. To sum it up - we are pleased with the Buick Regal and with everyone who helped us decide it was the car for us, thanks to your staff. We are impressed and have told our friends what a hassle free experience we had at your dealership.

We came into lease an SUV. Our salesman was Christopher Randolph. This is the second time we have leased a vehicle from Chris. Both times we have enjoyed working with Chris. He was polite, knowledgeable on the vehicles and answered all our questions. He was very patient with us considering that it took us two days to decide what we wanted to lease. In the past when we brought our Verano in for service we would see him and he always spoke to us and called us by name. This meant a lot to us, knowing that we weren't just a sale. We would highly recommend Chris to all our family and friends. We will continue to be a repeat customer and will most definitely ask for Chris.
