whoever the woman is that answers the phone is always extremely rude. she acts like doing her job is such a task, I'm not sure but I see I'm not the first to encounter such poor customer service. maybe you should look into that. it's very irritating when I call doing my own job & have to deal with a rude receptionist who clearly does not want to be there. 'I can't even hear you' 'bye' not even have a good day or anything. and of course she's huffing as I ask her for information. DREAD calling this company when I have too. what a shame.

Outrageously expensive They charge $49 for daily storage. $5.00 per mile. Customer service on the phone are not polite, lack of professionalism.
