I have been using Molly Maids for quite a few years now and I've got to say that the current team I have in place is the BEST of the BEST! Karen & Lexi always call when they are on the way and are very professional and kind. They inquire about any special needs I may have on each visit and make sure to tend to the things that are important to me. They do a thorough cleaning, change out sheets, make the beds, and empty out all the trash bins. I am extremely pleased with my service!

Once againTeam 6 came right on time and blew through my house like a tornado dusting mopping, cleaning window sills, scrubbing toilets, sinks and showers quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant ladies. Love having Molly ladies on a regular basis.

We really wanted to use this cleaning service after reading the great reviews and we had a great experience with the free in-person estimate that they did of our home. Their prices are higher than what we were budgeting for, but we felt like they would be worth it given the reviews and our first impression. However, the good experience stopped there.

We scheduled for them to come out on a Tuesday between 11am-1pm to do the initial 2-hour clean. This was less than a week from them doing the in-person estimate. At 11am on Tuesday, no one showed up. We called and they apologized, saying they forgot to schedule the appointment. We rescheduled for two days later on Thursday from 1-3pm. We then got a text confirmation saying the appointment was from 12pm-2pm. Again, another mistake, but it worked for our schedule, so we didn't call back to correct it. Thursday at 12pm came and still no one showed up. We called and they said that someone would be there at 2pm. We asked why they were showing up 2 hours late and that was when they informed us that the cleaner's come at any point in time between the 2-hour window that they put us down on the schedule for. We are brand new clients and no one told us this in all of the communication we had with them up to this point.

This scheduling style may work for some, but having two large dogs that I have to keep contained means that I would have to put my dogs in a small confined space for potentially 4 hours not knowing when the cleaning service is going to show up and complete the clean. I was also just disappointed in the multiple mistakes and lack of communication with us, a brand new client that was planning on using them biweekly. If you value clear communication and reliable scheduling, this is not the cleaning service for you.
