I was super unhappy with this company. I spoke at length with them and I let them know how I thought they could "make it right" and they declined to do that. As people, everybody I talked to or worked with was very nice. This is not a personal issue. I simply felt that the quality of work was poor especially considering they charge as much as they do for both the product and the labor. (and the wait was at least 5 months) My expectations were high, and they were not met. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Working with them to have our door and window replaced was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They made the process so much less stressful and the product is so high quality. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had our front door replaced recently, and Henderson & Daughter did a fantastic job both during the sales process and the installation. The salesperson, Ken, came armed with several product catalogs and talked us through all of the things we needed to consider when selecting a door / glass finish / hardware. They came back with a competitive offer within 24 hours, but indicated that the door would not be available until September. Lo and behold, we got a call in mid-July that the door was available and they could install it 2 days later! Installation was smooth and we love our new door. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.
