  One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Booked their services to clean our house before moving in. The house was freshly painted, baseboards were replaced, and new flooring was installed. No furniture was there because we hadn't moved in yet. That basically only left the windows, ceiling fans, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms to clean. When Dee arrived, she did a walk through and quoted 6 hours of work. She ended up spending 9 hours cleaning and had only gotten 3 bedrooms and one bathroom done that day. She offered to come back the next morning to finish. We reluctantly agreed because we were scheduled to move in the day after and there was no way we would be able to find someone else to finish the job in time. She spent another 9 hours!! the next day and only worked on the kitchen. I have no idea what she was doing with a total of 18 hours cleaning an empty house and hadn't even finished half the house, so we ended up having to move into a dirty house. I called the owner of the company to address my experience and his response was "I can't fault my employee for being thorough." Yes Yes, you can, when I was quoted 6 hours to clean the whole house and after 18 hours the job isn't even half done. Even if it's more work than she initially saw, she should have just gotten the whole house done on a surface level and then gone back for more details if there was time left over. I feel like I was taken for a sucker for trusting someone to clean our house without watching exactly what they were doing the whole time. At the rate she was going, it would have taken a week for her to finish. The only reason I gave one star back is that the owner didn't charge us the full amount for the second day. No apology for our experience, disappointing us, not getting the job done on time, no offer to send someone else to finish the job properly, nothing. He wouldn't even admit she had done anything wrong. Then he tries to get me to book the same person to come back to do our regularly cleanings after I just expressed how frustrated I am with the work costing more than twice as much and not even being completed. Are you joking? Unbelievable. Don't bother hiring them unless you're prepared to watch them the whole time to be sure 6 hours doesn't turn into a week.

  This is my first time writing a review on Google of any company; however, this company was extremely unprofessional and should be closed down!!! I would give them zero stars if I could!
  
  About two weeks ago, I scheduled move-out cleaning service with "Laura" for 9 AM EST this morning. The owner "Michael Hale" called me at 8:25 AM EST - THIS MORNING, to abruptly cancel - stating that the young lady that was coming to clean got sick. He then went on to tell me that they couldn't get anyone else out to perform the cleaning - either today or tomorrow. To add insult to injury, when I told him that we had to be out of the condo by the end of the day tomorrow (which, they already knew), he told me to call another company. Then I asked him how to spell his last name - and he hung up the telephone.
  
  I don't understand how this company is still in business. Had we cancelled the morning of the service, he would've probably expected some sort of cancellation fee or penalty. I have never interacted with a company that was this unprofessional, or unwilling to rectify their own staffing issues for a new customer. I'm also going to contact BBB to report this; particularly since we've relied on having their services today.
  
  BE FOREWARNED, this could happen to you! They will cancel on you on the day of your services, and then hang up on you after telling you to find someone else. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MAID SOLUTIONS ORLANDO - they need to be out of business - immediately!

  This Organisation is of the highest caliber of help, to prepare your home for company; or just to have it cleaned, and leaving it sparking and clean; smelling like a nice wood polished home.
  They are exceptional to detail, and will do absolutely anything you ask, during their service. The people are friendly, and maintain a Professional atmosphere, for you, to either complete other tasks, or to go marketing for your groceries.
  I highly recommend this company by far ! Outstanding!

  Hands down a great experience! Justin is awesome he coordinated the schedule with me and the cleaner very effectively. I really appreciate the prompt and professional communication during this whole process, he never failed to keep me posted on the progress and update. Maria is our cleaner, apartment was nicely cleaned and the fridge, bathroom were left spotless. She was also detailed oriented.

  Refuses to service downtown apartments due to their own parking policy. Offered to pay for parking and they still declined. Not a good value if you live downtown.
