  Well, I had a great experiance!
  I stopped by Terry's Carpet less than week ago, quickly found beautiful carpet in my price range, told them my time frame for having the work completed, and they pulled through! I Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
  Request Kevin & Jimmy's Crew, they were our installers, They were really nice, done really great work, and was done in no time at all.
  NO COMPLAINTS SO FAR :)

  Well let's see, it took a total of 3 missed promises installment dates before being installed.. Then they damage my walls beyond belief. Ridiculous and not worth the money!

  I will never do business with this company again and you shouldn't either. After canceling our installation and rescheduling for the following day, Terry's carpet then proceeded to not only not show up but also did not answer their phone for the next 3 days. Once I finally got in touch with someone, they could barely apologize for the trouble. 5 days later I'm still waiting for my carpet to be installed. Of course they require a large deposit to be paid up front so I can't just walk away from this terrible business, since the check was cashed weeks ago.
