Aside from other customers who can't read a map, use a GPS nav system, or follow the simplest instruction, the adventure was great, and the staff really did go beyond the call of duty to compensate for the inconvenience. Just an word from the wise. Avoid the valley and any roads or waterways into the area during the annual Swiss Days celebration. If you like propionic acid flavored cheese that much, save up and go up EuroYodel Star 2018. Peace.

Live in Park City - get my bikes serviced here, great work at fair prices. Took my 9yr old on a rafting trip -- really a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a fun adventure.

The owner/front desk Drew has no respect to his own customers. He was rude to my family and guests after we had paid hundreds of dollars.
If you are looking for a pleasant experience, do not come to this place.

Actual Tour Guides were A+ fantastic, and once
you are out on the river, everything is great. Events leading up to that can be problematic due to the attitude and personality of the front desk guy. Those events include poor communication, disrespecting customers, and an over all take it or leave it attitude that leaves much to be desired. This was the consensus of every person in a large group, so not an individual opinion. How this place is still in business is a mystery to me.

We rented a UTV on short notice and had a great time; friendly staff, reasonable prices and large inventory of RZRs. The trails are challenging. Can't say enough good things about Drew. Awesome experience!!

We have rented Razors, ATVs and skis here for many years and have always had excellent service with good equipment at good rates and free advice. Rented skis and boots today. Equipment is better than I've ever gotten down in the SLC valley, and service and value are better than Park City. They have always been good about mixing the pieces we own with their rental equipment and making needed adjustments. We are pleased and recommend them.

Walked in to rent boots, the guy told me the bindings could not be adjusted. Although the pair of skis I brought in have been handed down through both my daughters! I have rented boots for these skis as recently as 3 weeks ago from Nymans, and last season from 2nd tracks, and out & back with no trouble at all. I took my business to Adventure Haus at the Zermatt they had me in and out in 15 minutes. And wouldn't you know just like every other ski shop, they were able to fit a boot to the ski! And for $17 to, contrary to what the guy at Midway adventure had to say! I believe he thought he was talking to a novice tourist that he could take it vantage of Not an experienced Skier of 30 years! Novice beware!

This rental shop has been our first stop into Midway/Heber area for skiing and snowboarding for the past 5 years. The service is very efficient, with top notch gear, for the entire family. Highly recommend, hands down!
