Very rude. Laughed the whole time and spoke in different language whole time. Lies about not having a color. They also ask for cash tips. Overall horrible. Girl’s name who did my nails was anne.

Today was my second time visiting Midtown Nails to get my nails done. Pleasant environment!
I was greeted by the friendly reception guy. The nail tech spent so much time on my manicure and it was great! They were SO nice and friendly. My gel manicures stay shiny for 2+ weeks.
I give them 100 points. My regular spot!

Midtown Nails is the best nail salon in my opinion! I was pleasantly surprised by the cute decor here.
I was greeted by the friendly reception guy. The tattoos on nails were really hard to draw, but they did very good. The staff was wonderful and very friendly! The service here is impeccable and it's super cheap! Looove ALL! I definitely my new go to nail salon in the city.

I found my favourite nail salon when I came in Tuscaloosa. I was really happy.
The location was very easy to find. The team staffs were so cute and graceful. Staff always made sure I was happy before I leaving. The prices are also fair.
I always highly appreciate all ladies here. I'll certainly be going back.

I was really get how anyone can like Midtown Nails . It's a marvellous place.
The customer service was so exceptional! They had a color I've been searching for everywhere. Really wonderful! They focused very much on sanitizing which is a good for my healthier!I think this place is lovely with very reasonable prices.
I am very happy with the level of service I received at this place. I'm literally never disappointed.

I used to come here all the time because it was one of the first nail salons I found in Tuscaloosa that actually did an OK job. I thought to myself, "It's nothing like my salon back home but it'll do." This weekend I got get polish on my nails Saturday before going out of town, by the time I got to my destination about 3 of my nails had chipped. By Sunday evening, five. I went in today on Monday to get them fixed and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried to charge me $10 to just fix my nails. I will never go back again because the mediocre work isn't worth their high pricing anyway

Midtown Nails in Tuscaloosa is brand new and it's amazing ! I really enjoyed my experience here. It’s so welcoming and super friendly. They offered the best nail service I've ever had. They took the time to ensure every single detail was perfect. The only place I trust for great quality and price. I definitely do see myself again. Great work everyone !

I really enjoyed my experience here today. The technicians were all super friendly and laid back. The guy Brian, who did my manicure, was very entertaining. We talked THE ENTIRE TIME I was there. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends.

I've gone to Midtown Nails about 4 times. Every time I hope that they will redeem themselves. But today drew the line: I asked for regular polish and a manicure. One of the technicians asked if I wanted gel because it lasts longer. I told her no thank you. Another technician came up and said gel is better and I explained that when the gel nails start to peel off that it makes my nails brittle and weak. She tried to explain how much better gel was. And I reiterated that I only wanted regular polish. Once she began my manicure, she was aggressive and seemed to be angry that I didn't listen to her. She paid no attention to my nails, she seemed to be pouting. Rule #1: when a customer says what they want multiple times, JUST DO IT.

I was referred to Midtown Nails (because I had a bad experience with another salon) and I was VERY satisfied with my nails. I do however wish that one person would be with me from start to finish but both of the technicians did a great job. I really wish I could remember their names (I do pretty good to remember my own. LoL) because the young lady who did my pedi was so sweet, and it wasn't with just words, it was by her actions too, she took pride in her work and she should, I was treated like a queen. :)
The guy who redid my nails (I tried to do my own gel nails. 🙄) after he took off my mess and realized I wanted a gel full set, he was very fast and efficient and did a great job too!
As to others with saying "every time I go there" they are rude or do a bad jobThen WHY do you still go if they aren't up to your standards??
And the price since I travel all over the country due to my husbands job, they are right on with their price. I wish all of them would lower their prices too but hey.. beauty is $$.
Thanks Midtown Nails for a great job!

This place is horrible every time I go. The employees act as if I'm inconveniencing them and rush through. After the pedicure the guy tried to get me to pay before my manicure because I'm sure by this point he knew he wasn't getting a tip. He even through the hot towel on my feet and walked away for a few minutes. He tried several times during the manicure to have me sign the receipt in which I told him I would when he was finished like they usually do. He made 4 of my fingers bleed because he kept turning around talking to other people . Then painted the blood onto my fingernail instead of cleaning it up . I gave them one Star bc it will not allow 0 stars. Do not go here. I keep thinking maybe next time will be better. Next time is always worse.

Great people! Sweet nail technician. I took my husband so he can have a little relaxation he loved it! Little pricey but does a good job. Wished the messages on legs/feet were a little better (as in not being so lightly messaged)
I've been coming here "use to be nail club" since I was little with my mom.Would recommend to anyone.

I didn't want to give them this one star they cut you up in this nail shop and I don't mind paying for what I get. There prices were extremely high with very poor service the nail tech didn't open his mouth once. 30 for a fill in. He polished my nails poorly like he was in a rush and he made them really thin. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE!
